May 19th, 2022 7PM. Worst service, avoid this Zaxby’s!! We went in and ordered food to go. We received our food and drove home to Marietta, only to open the bag and find that one of the meals was missing. We called and spoke with Michael, the manager. He was not willing to do anything to make it right. We asked to have the meal removed from the check, and he refused. He said the only thing he could do was replace the missing meal, and that we would have to drive back to Kennesaw and bring the receipt. I asked him to replace the meal from our local Zaxbys around the corner and he refused. He’s all around awful at customer service and clearly doesn’t care about inconveniencing people who spend money in his store. Horrible.
Terrible location. I got there 20 minutes before they closed with about 5 cars in front of me. The line took forever! When I moved up to order it was 9:59pm and they would not respond to any of my hellos. To sit in a FAST FOOD line for that long and receive nothing, not even a “I’m sorry we’re closed” was more than insulting. Do better!!!!
The customer service here is awful. I spoke with the manager to resolve an incident. He was rude and not even willing to accept even partial responsibility of the incorrect order!
I just had the pleasure of meeting Ethel, a very nice young Lady, who is one of the Managers. Like many of you I really enjoy Zaxbys' food, but I have very particular food allergies that are triggered by ABSOLUTELY random items. I decided to address my concerns with ordering certain items, if she had the time to, and was willing to, listen to me.She was very personable,, and DID NOT even roll her eyes at me one time during our conversation (which is unusual with Teen-aged food service employees!).She really listened to me, even though I could hear machines beeping like crazy and demanding her attention during this lunch rush.. .THANK YOU, Ethel!I now feel that I can order from your menu without risking my life in the process.. !???????
Found a disgusting “note” in my bag of food. They need to do better.
I usually get the Wings & Things but opted for the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. It wasn't insanely spicy but it definitely had a kick. The fry seasoning is bomb. Wish there was more.If you're looking for a good dipping sauce and you like spice, check out Tongue Torch. It's a dialed up, more flavorful buffalo.
Long wait in drive thru. Not really an issue if you know to expect it. Getting wrong order at the end of all that, not that great.
Dining room was CLOSED so I went to Moe's. On a side note, I can humbly admit that my experience was somewhat inspiring, as I just discovered that I'm a bit of a poet & didn't even know it!
I would rather take my business somewhere else that has dine in instead of drive thru only. If you were that scared of Covid then your business needs to be shut down
The app is Not bad however dark and much fluff in pictures. My difficulties are in finding different items to order.
