I come here quite often but now will go to a different location. The Mexican lady that started my order on June 30th at 145 was so rude I almost left. She just started throwing my orders together after I told her what meats I wanted without even asking me what I wanted on them... I then said umm I want different things on it and she got a attitude and threw the other ones to the side rudely and I started to re tell her what I wanted and she cut me off... then all the tables were dirty. I had to clean my own table off. Then they finally started cleaning when we sat down. Just a horrible experience all together.. unfortunately
I came in 2 days in a row and both days the two ladies with the dreads would say things underneath there breath and laugh when I would order my food. I need people to stop acting like the extra sour cream and cheese is coming out of there own paycheck. Then asked you came in here yesterday ok so what if I want to come in every day of my life whats your point but I will be glad to spend my money elsewhere! Be more professional
Food was good, employees were nice, the place was clean, restrooms smelled nice and were stocked.
The staff was friendly upon arrival They quickly took our order (steak quesadilla) which was hot and tasted great. The ingredients were so fresh and the meat very tender and the spices were great as well The manager also greeted us and provided us with great customer service We definitely will come again
Willy's is usually solid, I have found minor quality consistency blips between visits. But generally the food and service are as expected for counter serve burrito action.

Ordered take out and included a very generous tip as we always do... Go in to get the food very lame greeting, very lame delivery of my food.... We get our picnic Destination and NO PLASTIC FORKS OR KNIVES !! we managed to find some saved plastic forks in works in our glove compartment and ate Now THE BONUS >>> 2 of 4, Didn't feel well after eating And all 4 agreed FOOD WAS NOT UP TO STANDARD. Boo for this location.
food quality and selection is mouth-wateringly good ? definitely try it if you haven't !

When people ask for ingredients to be left out, it's not always a preference. Our experience has been repeatedly let down by this location's staff's inability to follow simple requests to leave things off of orders. It's about time we left a review to reflect this since it's becoming more than a fluke at this point.
