A unique order experience, with uniquely good sandwiches! Better than JJs, honestly, plus you can get an excusive Mountain Dew flavor - Vibe lemonade.Service was great, and it was pleasant to visit - though they were in need of more official menu cards, the ones at the counter were printed on stock.
Being that this was my last experience in a sub shop before I ship to bootcamp, this was utterly disappointing. My family was welcomed to a very smelly which wich with 2 very dirty individuals making food. They were maskless and preparing food very very slowly with much confusion. For 50 dollars, we received 2 absolutely disgusting "sandwiches" that both looked and smelled as if they were fecal matter in brown bags. The stale bread was somehow the least of my concern. The fries were extremely under seasoned and had a nauseating aftertaste. After a very long 20 minute wait (being the only people in the restaurant), I went to the bathroom and was met with a skincrawling smell that was nearly indescribable. Human waste had been smeared across the walls, this was very unappetizing. They're health score was very deceiving, this is a horrible excuse for a restaurant. Thank you for reading.
I have ordered from this franchise many times for the last two years. It has changed ownership once. The service has stayed the same but the quality has gone down. At first I noticed the roast beef was very tough. One sub, I had to throw most of the meat away because I could not even bite through it. AND the most egregious I noticed tonight. First time I’ve been in awhile. They have replaced their actual Mayo with the Miracle Whip/dressing option. Hey-if you go for the cheaper option, be honest about it! I cannot stand Miracle Whip! I threw my BYO, $15 large sandwich, which was supposed to serve as dinner and lunch tmrw, in the garbage. It tastes sweeter than I’d like any kind of dessert. I’m done with this place.
Worked here for like two weeks and the employer only paid me for one and lied about the pay rate. This employer is a crook and this restaurant is disgusting and unsanitary. I couldn’t believe the conditions. If you like flies in your sandwich or dirty hands making your food eat there.
OLD FOOD, LITTLE MEAT . Have had Which Which a few times and always enjoyed the amount of meat, toppings and freshness. None of which the Kennesaw location offered. Bread was old, there was only 1 slice of meat on the sandwich. Seems I remember there being more. Of the meat on there it tasted old as well. There was however lots of lettuce !! which makes the sandwich look full. Fries were reheated multiple times. Like eating cardboard. perhaps a sign of the times. Wont be back.
I went to the Kennesaw GA location Saturday for my first visit to a Which Wich. I ordered a tuna sandwich with cheese pickle and onion, chips and a drink, my grandson ordered the kids meal for $5.50 and a small chocolate shake. The total was $24! I sat down to eat and the tuna was so thin you could barely see it, in fact it was thinner than the piece of cheese. I took the top off of the roll and ate half of it and threw the other half away. I tasted my grandsons chocolate shake and it literally tasted sour. Needless to say I won't be back and I will tell everyone I know what a horrible experience it was.

Between the cashier scrolling on his cell phone with air pods in, to him not having a clue what about the menu items we asked about, and to getting our order wrong, I am not sure I’ll be back. To top it off, the tried to give my daughter old chocolate milk that I heard them both say they didn’t know who made it. If I return to a Which Wich, I can promise you, it won’t be this location.
