I went here around 5pm yesterday 5/30/2022 to place a order for dinner and sat at the drive thru when it came to my turn, I was told they were closed because, the manager was in the bathroom throwing up. I was also told that there was no one available to take the order. I then suggested to the gentleman to put a sign in the drive up window he said to me that they do not have paper he has only been working there three weeks. I asked him the mangers name to which he told me he did not know and he had to get off the microphone and left. I feel this was very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Their service is incredibly slow. I'm a doordash driver just to make some extra money on the side. The customers order was placed at 10:20 and I got to Wendy's little after 10:30. I tried the lobby door first, but of course it was locked given the time. I didn't reach the speaker to tell them about the order until at 11 exactly. Since that's their closing time, I was unable to get the customers order. I asked if they had any of it ready already. His response was "No. We don't prepare it until THE DRIVER gets here." As someone who also works in fast food service, I can say his tone was unnecessary. Your line should not take 20-30 minutes to get through. I understand closing while being under staffed. I have done it many times. They just have no urgency or respect for the customers time.
Drive thru extremely slow. Sat there for 15 minutes. When we finally got to the window to get food, a bag was handed to us and the window closed. Not one comment... No hello or thank you. No napkins in the bag or ketchup. Had to sit there until the window opened and asked for napkins and ketchup. Still nothing said to us. Very poor customer service!!
Nothing to write home about. We hit their drive-thru today. The person on the other end of the speaker sounded like they were drugged up. Missing things, triple asking questions, double ordering. But to our surprise, the order was correct as we ordered it. I was really surprised that the manager was the one who gave us our order while the tweaker was attempting to take someone else’s order.
Wish I could do negative stars..I don't understand why no matter the time there is no one at the window but cars wrapped around the building??? I mean do people not need jobs or do people just not care? From what I just saw lobby closed and women on her phone 'sweeping' the lobby but again cars wrapped around the building and no car at the window if thre is it's 1 for 5 plus mins.. it's insane, ridiculous honestly. Whole point is to get food fast on way home from work, at that rate I can cook a dam 5 course meal. ?♀️?♀️
It was very dirty. Everywhere. Drink area, floors, tables, bathrooms. I won’t ever go there again.
It kind of seemed like they were short staffed. Orders took a little longer than expected, the dining area was not cleaned, and the condiment station was not filled. Overall, not a terrible experience. The food was still good and the staff was very courteous. Again, I think that they were short staffed and just got slammed because it was the start of spring break.
But my burger and pulled out plastic. I’m so disgusted and sick to my stomach
Was told that my spicy chicken sandwich would come with tomato and I asked for extra lettuce. Only got 2 sad pieces of lettuce with no tomato. Asked for spicy ranch and the lady with the too long-too thick nails said they didn't have it very rudely until another employee came over to give me some. Didn't give me napkins either. Lady with the way too long nails is rude as hell
