Clearly the hours they have on google are not the hours they are operating by. After going to other locations (one closed, other ran out of salads) I came to this one because it said it closed at 11:00pm. I was shocked when I pulled up to window at 10:20 to hear someone tell me the store was closed. Hours said they were adjusted 7 days ago soooooo
Slow service guaranteed. Incorrect order is a 50/50 here as well. I tip my hat to the manager Jeremiah? He is always helpful and courteous, you can tell that he cares about his job and the customers. 30 cars in the drive-thru and a lobby full of impatient people, and he still has a smile on his face. We understand, it's hard to find employees willing to do anything more than the minimum these days. Maybe it will get better, time will only tell.
Even with a long line in the drive thru, still got out fast. Food was fresh and the staff were friendly.
First let's start with the good, this location is consistently one of the best Wendy's I've been to. Always consistent with my orders and this morning they went above and beyond by remaking my breakfast sandwich to not include the Swiss even though I forgot to specify that at the call box. One gentleman in specific who works there is always in such a great mood and so polite he did not hesitate to remake my sandwich because I've complained to him before about the unreasonable use of Swiss cheese in breakfast sandwiches at Wendy's. That is my only complaint and is not with this store it is with Wendy's corporate deciding that swiss cheese belongs on a breakfast sandwich when literally no one else in the industry would find that acceptable. I brought my girlfriend to a different location and forgot to specify no Swiss and we both could not finish our breakfast sandwiches because I forgot to specify the use of a different cheese. Swiss cheese is obviously one of the least agreed upon cheeses on the market and Wendy's has decided to make it the default. Moving on I would say the breakfast at Wendy's is pretty great otherwise. I also appreciate the great looking Hondas that are parked outside this location. Thanks guys I'll see you again soon.
Absolutely the worst customer service. Would not let me place two separate orders in the drive through. Absolutely absurd and absolutely no reason for not being able to accommodate two orders.
For fast food burgers Wendy's is my fave, service is always good at this specific location as well.

I visited on 11/17 for my 11 year old daughter birthday. That was her only request. They messed up her lunch by giving her the spicy sandwich which was too hot for her to eat. We didnt realize it until we got home and I was working. I returned it after work, stood in a long line. The cashier asked if I wanted the whole meal replaced. I said yes. A young girl with afro puff came from behind the counter with a nasty attitude saying the only mistake they made was the sandwich and that was all they were replacing and if I wanted the whole meal, I needed to pay for it. I don't know what upset me more...her nasty attitute or wasting 30 min to have it corrected. As a former customer service supervisor, I am shocked that Wendy's is staffed with people like her. I called to complain and never got a response from the manager. Hopefully, she was not the manager. She looked like she was running the place. I will not return there again.
Everytime I order here my order is wrong. They never answer the phone. Never have potatoes or chili. Terrible customer service. It's something negative everytime I try to eat here. Probably Need a new manager or something quality of service and food is poor. Hopefully district manager sees this and makes some changes. I drive past here to go all the way to Chastain because their quality of service and food is just better.
When I pulled up the line was long, but there was little to no wait and my food was hot! I was really impressed!
