Good food good service ….
Staff fighting and yelling on shift.. tables left with messes for 20-30 min with out being cleaned claiming it’s going to be a 30min wait? With no one in the restaurant. Multiple times I pulled up with zero peopleIn the store and the door locked but it’s opened. This place is Terrible.
So I don’t really wanna do this, but I feel compelled too.. I’ve obviously like so many frequented Waffle House for years, and for the last 5 or 6 years at least my wife and I get the exact same thing every time, and yet somehow the price is different EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. today I order sausage bacon egg and cheese sandwhich side of hash browns and waffle same as I always do. And it was 27$ lol for 1 meal.. that is absolutely ridiculous it has never been that much. No drinks no coffee.. absolutely insane, if I didn’t know any better I’d say that many of their servers manipulate the hand written orders so as to increase their sales and thus tips. It’s stealing and I will be saying something from here on out every single time. I literally feel stolen from. It’s only 30$ But it was 1 meal for crying out loud. my wife and I have for years noticed, and never said anything.
The most poorly managed and embarrassingly bad Waffle House! I eat at WH at least twice a week because I travel a lot. Been to this location 3 times in the last 2 weeks and and will never go again. Three strikes and your out. Cameron was waiter. He was visibly stoned which is the BEST thing I can say about him. My 6yo son and I were the only customers when we arrived. Every table in the place was dirty, I asked if he could wipe two seats at the counter and he took a napkin and spread the crumbs around but no wiping. Then he took 6 minutes to come and take a drink order. When he brought it I thought he was joking. Diet Coke had 3 cubes of ice and was filled half full. He then handed my son a glass of milk so full he spilled it handing it to him. When I asked for a kids cup with a lid he told me they don’t have those despite them hanging in plain view on the wall. The cook made him re-call the order 3 times and he got it wrong all three times. Brought food over and it was still wrong but I decided to just deal with it. He told me my son’s waffle would be just a minute and proceeded to ignore it so long it was burnt to a crisp. Remade it. Burnt it being edible again. Finally, the cook made a third one and apologized. Stood at register to leave and despite acknowledging me he never came over to let us pay. When I asked if he wanted to get paid for the meal he said “oh…didn’t see you”. Again; only customers in the place besides 2 tables that came in after us but had ordered by the time we were ready to leave. Maybe drug test your employees or fire this one…. Absolutely terrible! I don’t actually expect much of Waffle House. That’s it’s charm. Simplicity. But this is just embarrassingly bad!
The two ladies on Night Shift ARE THE WORST! They are rude, won't answer the phone, and have absolutely no customer service. The dining room is closed when they are there and they are losing so many customers because of their attitudes. Corporate should really check this location out!!!
Food was outstanding and staff was beyond phenomenal. Will definitely stop again
Food was good had hamburger and hash brown. Service was good did exactly how I liked it. They didn't keep coming bothering me. Waitress was busy at start the cook cam checked on me( happy 2st birthday cook) and gave me my soda. It was not a problem with waiting . I was not in any rush. Good job waffle house.
The night staff is horrible. At 8:30pm, they said they were only taking to go orders, no dine in available. They also won’t take orders over the phone. In the morning, I’m able to use my KSU ID, but at night, they tell me that they stopped doing KSU discounts a long time ago. Also my total is different every time. I get the same thing every time. They can’t do math
Waitress was a fill in. She was very good. Great service the hot apple pie was great
The staff is horrible! Been going there 7 year and the waitress who worked tonight was a miserable little lady with no sense of direction. She should truly find help! I have Never felt so sorry foe anyone but for the couple who came in there ducat for a to go order and she refused to take it! The restaurant was not busy and she felt powerful to call the cops on them Bc she didn’t want to serve them! This little lost arrogant girl should be fired! I felt horrible to see how fast cops came when no harm was done
