I love places like this that at first glance some may discredit but I always enjoy the service, flavorful menu and retro music vibes. There’s plenty of TVs for sports fans. The staff is always friendly and welcoming!
I've been to the other ones. figured this location would be better. The waitress was great but wings were kind of dry with barely any sauce. I will be back but this time was disappointed
I am not sure what is going on here. We were sat a table and told she would be right with us. after waiting a bit another individual took about drinks orders and then we sat and sat. I watched what seemed to be a manger walk around more concerned with outside than clients. Waited and waited some more same person who sat us walked by even smiled at me but no one took our order.
A young lady who said her name is jennell took my call-in order. My sister and I were somewhat disorganized, but she didn't seem to be bothered by it. She assured us that we were okay and just kept on being professional and very cordial and polite. We appreciated her patience and kindness alot
First time trying this place with the family. We were seated immediately and waited 10 minutes for the server to come over, notice a check left on our table from the previous guests. She walked off with it and never came back. Walked out. If I could give a 0 I would.
Called 20 minutes in advance. Host said we called three hours ago. Arrived and they said they couldn’t serve a 12 person party because they close in 30 minutes (everywhere is publicized they close in 2 hours).Short story: Manager and no server wanted to take a party of 12. This being two hours before the reported close time. Don’t waste your time… if you’re last name is Rodriguez, don’t bother.
My first time there last week. Love the happy hour half off. 3 dollars drinks. Nice atmosphere. The only thing was my amaretto sour did not taste good. Didn't taste like it at all. But she was nice and replaced my drink. I will definitely be back!
The food was hot and good, customer service was on point, we went to celebrate my friend’s birthday and I was not disappointed. Highly recommended. Love it
We were seated promptly on arrival. The place was pretty busy, most tables occupied with a few open. We waited 10 minutes. Then 20 minutes. Asked a waiter walking by if we could be served, he said sure just a minute. Another 10 minutes later, nothing and we left. Left thirsty, hungry and never served. You dropped the ball on us, just learn from it and at least don’t seat guests if you can’t serve them. Can not recommend and a shame since we live nearby, just glad there are other eating options and suggest you look elsewhere.
The burgers are excellent and the Bloody Mary’s are very good too! The service was fantastic, both while we were there and after. My card was accidentally charged twice, computer issues, I totally get it. I was advised to wait a couple days and make sure it went through. Again, no big deal. After a week I went back and Julian the GM took care of it immediately. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the great service!
