The food was awful. The service was awful. Half of our 6 party table got their food, the others sat for 15 min before getting there's. The lettuce was wilted, chicken wings undercooked. We had to ask for water and tea refills just to get it and we never saw our waitress. We went here for my bday because this is where we use to go back in the day before I moved, but I will definitely not be back and will just keep this awful place as a memory.

I can say without a doubt this is the worst restaurant experience I have ever encountered. Took over 10 minutes to be seated with no-one running the front of house, and an additional 15 minutes for our waiter to come to the table. All four of us ordered drinks, food and a single appetizer, and received zero contact with our waiter after ordering. Drinks were never brought to the table or the appetizer, and upon the manager delivering our food rather than the server, it took an additional two notices to management to get our drinks. Our server had abandoned our table and was communicating with other guests In the restaurant, leaving the manager to take over. Completely unprofessional environment and an embarrassment to the chain, please save your money and go somewhere else.

I went to this location with a friend tonight …we stood at the door and waited for at least ten minutes to be sat which was confusing because the restaurant wasn’t busy at all on a Sunday. Workers moved with no sense of urgency at all. When we were finally sat , we still waited to be greeted. We weren’t in a rush so it was no biggie at first. We waited for a water a little over ten minutes . The person I was with tried to get the manager attention but he looked at us and continued to walk towards the kitchen. We never got our food order taken or the alcoholic beverages we ordered with the two waters. Love TGI Fridays and I do understand that restaurants are understaffed at the moment but we will not be back to this location !

Walked in and waited for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. Several tables had left over dishes/ cutlery and the restaurant was extremely understaffed. For a location on this main thoroughfair, more thought should be put toward staffing and sanitation. It looked disgusting so we left without even waiting any longer to be seated.

Service could have been better. Our server was nice when taking our order but we didn't see her again until she offered the check. When we needed something we had to ask other servers. The food was okay.

We ordered our food to go through delivery. The delivery was fine. The food was not. We spent $80 for two sirloin steak meals, a chicken sandwich meal, and some drinks. I am not a picky person. I can eat steak rare, medium rare, medium, and medium well. We ordered both the steaks cooked medium. However, they were cooked well done. Now, that would have been fine if they were still tender but they were so tough and dry that we ended up just throwing them away. The mashed potatoes were dry. My son’s chicken sandwich was just ok. Overall, a very disappointing experience, especially given the cost. I remember eating here (another location) many years ago and the food was excellent. What a shame. We are not likely to order or dine in at Fridays again.

Kitchen was the slowest I've experienced in years. Food came out in 3 waves about 20 minutes apart. Son and I were in wave 1, so we were done when wave 3 brought my wife's food. Tables all around us were never cleaned the entire time we were here.

That's day when I invited my mother Cindy to go with me to T.G.I. Fridays and I did ordered Mixed(Double) Berry Mojito and Cindy did ordered Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey with Sprite mix-in. Then we ordered mozzarella sticks for our appetizer. The food finally got in our table that we ordered chicken tenders with French fries for me and Philly Cheesesteak Burger with Coleslaw and broccoli salad for Cindy. The total of our order is $56-58 dollars for 2 people. I recommend that restaurant if y'all want to go Kennesaw.

It took a minute to be seated. They only had one waitress so everyone there was doing multiple jobs. Our waitress Ronya was doing her best considering she was alone. The food was still good. We each had a million dollar cobb-DELICIOUS. I had hot wings they were ok and a Strawberry Margarita. I was so hungry that I forgot to take pics. My sis had wings & strawberry hen. She said it was good. I would go back.

Was in town shopping & decided to stop for some lunch! Was greeted immediately & sat. The food was great, the drinks were good & best of all, our waitress Tyler. She was very sweet & responsive fast even tho she had many tables she never over looked us in the corner. If you go to this location, ask for Tyler! I rarely eat out anymore because the service just isn’t great & they are under staffed but with the food being amazing, fresh & coming to our table in a timely manner, she made the experience that much better! Will definitely make the hour drive just to go back.
