They've updated some of their menu items. For example, the Mac and cheese is no longer the orange cheese powder kind - it's a much more refined recipe with a light white cheese sauce and bits of pimento/pepper. The burger also has been updated - higher quality meat maybe? Less grease and a richer flavor. Beer options are phenomenal as always!
I’m so sad having to give a poor review to this location. We ordered to-go and the staff was amazing and so friendly. The manager even stopped by to check and make sure everyone was taken care of. We got wings, fries, and tater tots as that’s our favorite! For some reason, today it was just not their day. The wings are pretty cold (not a huge deal), but they just tasted old. The tater tots were super over cooked to the point of not being able to eat. It’s just the outer crust with no potato. We’ve been here multiple times, and we always are treated with the most incredible service. The food is just not good quality.
This was our first time trying this good chain that's new to us while traveling in Georgia.Good food, good atmosphere, a little costly compared to similar places but only 5-10 extra.Definitely worth trying if you've never been.I had tenders in medium buffalo. The medium is a little on the warm side as far as spicy.
good food and great staff!! food can sometimes be under seasoned but that would be my only complaint. Also depending on when you go there can be a long wait.
They have the BEST salads ever!!! Great drink menu too!!!
Our server Brenna was AMAZING! She was so friendly and has such a good personality! We felt like she was one of our friends! She made sure we got everything we needed and made sure my friend with a dairy allergy was taken care of. She went above and beyond for us and we will be back because our service was just so great! Thank you!
You know what you expect when you go to Taco Mac. The food is consistent. This location was very slow. It was a Friday night and moderately busy. The waitress was very friendly, the wings were good...but it was all very slow to come out.
Love the Claremont burger! Awesome chocolate cake.Very slippery floors. I slipped not once but twice! I mentioned it to the waitress and to the girls at the front. They said, "Yes,we know." Mmm OK.Anyways... Great food and fun atmosphere!
So I ordered a single order of original honey chipotle wings and I asked for them to be cooked 30 minutes and my server said, “sure no problem!” I also told her it was ok for her to bring out the food for the other ppl at the table. I sat and waited well over the 30 mins but I didn’t mind because I wanted them done right. When they finally came to the table not only were they under cooked they were warm, not hot at all. We are headed to Ohio and have a long drive ahead of us so I just canceled the wings and ordered chicken tenders to go instead. And I also left a $10 tip on a $36 order. This is what was in my bag to go!!! Ridiculous I will never eat at that location again. And we live in GA!! The tenders were warm as well and old as if laying in grease and over cooked! This is the first time since first visiting a Taco Mac that I’ve been this disappointed. I don’t need anything free, I just want it done right!!
Definitely disappointed in Taco Mac. They've went downhill. Bad portion sizes, the value just isn't there. These are the amount of fries I got tonight with a $12 chicken finger order.
