This used to be one of my favorite locations, but has unfortunately gone downhill recently. The food quality has gone down significantly, and I'm finding mistakes in my orders more consistently. On more than one occasion, I have ordered a soda, just to get home and find that it is diet instead of regular, my entrees have been missing ingredients (specifically sauces that I have paid to add to the food), or the sauce has been wrong altogether. Fortunately, there are other locations a similar distance from me that I'll opt to visit in the future.
Food was great. Thank goodness the Mexican pizza's are back. The staff in the kitchen didn't think we could hear them, their language wow, dropping the f bomb, and other words. At least the store today on Wade Green Road was way better then the taco bell for woodstock, on Eagle Drive/Towne Lake PWY. We at least got to eat, unlike yesterday. The kiosk was not working, so we got in line and the guy in front of us said good luck, I have been here for 10 minutes and no one will come help or take my order.
This Taco Bell is on Cleveland highway in front of the Dollar tree I am always had good service there the employees have always been very nice and courteous and polite . There's a very polite employees there I drive a school bus for the county and some of their employees have performance students they're all very nice and I also from time to time receive a free drink I highly recommend this Taco Bell
Crunch wraps and soft tacos tasted hours old. I thought i was just getting second rate food when ubering but going in person is not better. Would rather bust my shin on a tailgate than eat from here again.
Customers made the experience and experience for sure. Food was warm at best. Fries were old and rubber. Normal Taco Bell food.
For fast food, this was a very nice experience. Our friend recommended a chicken bowl and my husband and i found it was big enogh for the two of us. We got an enchilada on the side.
Super irritated that I didn't even get a receipt to be able to leave a survey. Tried to call, no answer.I payed extra for a supreme, they didn't give me a supreme. That's ripping me off. I ordered nacho fries. The fries were old, hard and cold, and the container was literally less than half way full. I get that the location is busy, but get it together. You are wasting people's money. No napkins either!
ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING, if you make substitutions. I go to this Taco Bell a lot. Probably once every two weeks because it is one of my kids favorite places to eat. My one kid is a picky eater, so she usually wants lettuce removed, anything spicy removed, and swap beef for chicken. These changes seem to be particularly challenging for them to get correct consistently. The management is usually very nice and takes responsibility for the mistake. Sometimes offering a refund of the item or something for free, but I usually decline the offer (I really just want a correct order). There used to be a issue with speed of service a few years ago, but that seems to be corrected. Overall most of the employees are nice.
Very impressed. Approached drive through at midnight. Line was 12 to 15 cars deep. Got annoyed but stayed patient. Reached intercom, employee was professional. Received my order and everything was perfect. I don't do fast food too often and definitely had my doubts about ordering at midnight. Outcome was above and beyond my expectations.
Only thing I asked is no sour cream. They put sour cream. I said multiple times too and when I called they didn’t answer. I’ve worked many different fast food places. They weren’t busy. There’s no way to mess it up
