This is the best Taco Bell in Kennesaw area by FAR.The staff here is so friendly, accurate, and quick! I will go out of my way to go to this location.I'm vegan and I've had a ton of issues at other Taco Bell's with getting my order right. I hate wasting food so it sucks when I have to throw a meal away because it has meat in it.The store itself is clean and comfortable. The iced tea is always fresh and delicious, I get it half sweet half unsweet.Not only are my orders correct but the food itself is always delicious. They never skimp on ingredients and the veggies are always fresh.Love this place!
First of all: I had no idea they closed at 2 am. I came off an 18 hour shift just dying and Denny (I hope I spelled it right) took my order and gave me a vegetarian recommendation that I'm dying to try.I have to day good for her. I ran 3 auto body shop and currently sell insurance and financial services and Denny shows me up anyway. I really love her genuine personality and willingness to help anyone out even if it's 10 mons before close (which I'm so sorry, I didn't know you were about to close) but regardless of the circumstances denny came thru and was a bright light that got me thru a dark night. First time meeting her but ill definitely be back.Give her a promotion please ?

She said just have to ask for it later when I was there.At 04/12/2022Around 5:30 PMI was doing Uber Eats delivery and I asked for chips and nacho cheese sauce that was missing from my order and told them my order number and time of the order. The lady on the drive Thu gave me attitude and ask who was the manager I talked to. I forgot her name but you can check my order. But she gave me attitude and then try to give me the chips and nacho cheese sauce. But after all that I did not wanted to get it anymore and said I am good. She was rude and cussed me out and told me to get out off the drive Thu. I was like I have a pick up for Uber eats. This was the worst customer service experience.
I'm sure the day crew is good too but, the night crew has exceptionally excellent customer service, aside from their very quick line cooks. I was almost blown away by how pleasant my drive-thru experience was. Workers are happy to serve you and actually talk to you like you're worth their time. You all deserve a raise! Thank you
I went to order and they were too lazy to take my order and made me order on the kiosk, which I didn't want to do. Food was still good though.
By far the best Taco Bell I've been to. Great, friendly staff - quick and efficient. Highly recommended!
OMG WHAT CAN I SAY HMM…. This Taco Bell late night crew is truly amazing I mean pure good hearted angels !! And I mean that so much ! EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here I am met with nothing but amazing service everyone is so courteous . Long story short I had a complete god awful day to the point that I was crying in the car on the way home I stop by Taco Bell at 12:15 pm and wanted to grab something real quick and just go to bed I was over today and OFCOURSE MY LUCK ! (as if my day wasn’t enough) I get all the way to the window after ordering my food only to realize I left my wallet at home I apologized and u know what they gave me my meal completely free the lady at the window was incredibly nice and caring and she truly did make my day and cheer me up this taco bell gets 5 stars I wish I could give more but I can’t but they absolutely deserve it! They are incredible sweet kind caring food is ALWAYS fresh and if there just so happens to be an issue they are more than willing to fix it and make it right without making u feel like it’s an issue or feel as if u are being a burden ! Keep up the amazing work and thank you the world truly does need people like you all in it !!
I only ever like the temporary menu items it seems. I love the grilled cheese burrito and the quesolupa!!! Love live quesolupa!!!
After an atrocious visit at the del taco across the street, Taco Bell was amazing!! I don't know the employees name but whoever was working on 1/25/22 at 6pm was so so friendly! I had the quickest service ever! Thank you!
The late night staff here are so friendly and faster than the other local Taco Bell locations. Keep up the great work!
