Good location with friendly staff.
I decided to give subway a try since they have gotten rid of the commie female as a spokesman. Went in and got a salad. The guy didn't cut anything up. Just whole slices of meats and sliced veggies. Not big deal, I'm laid back. Figure I'll just cut it up. After checking out he tells me they don't have any knives. I end up going to the Mexican restaurant next door and get a plastic knife. Sit back down and notice there is a puddle under my bowl and it has a small hole it in. Still not miffed. Throw some napkins down and eat. Finish up and decided to have another. Same thing. Kid still cut nothing up. At least this bowl didn't leak and I'd already bummed a knife from next door. As a side note, they were out of diet coke and both of the tea Containers didn't have lids on them. Yummy dust and bugs for all to enjoy.
The two guys working were patient and nice.
This store is normally good. However idk if the guy was new or not but he barely spoke and when he did he mumbled and you couldn’t understand what he said at all. Didn’t give me a bag, laid my napkins for my order down on the dirty counter and then didn’t even ask if I wanted my receipt before he threw it away. Very poor customer service. And I’ve worked in food/retail for years myself. If I’m being nice to you, you should be nice to me. Instead this kid just was terrible at customer service of any kind. I wish the other guy had taken my order, he at least didn’t seem to be as bad.
They need to bring the roast beef back.

Absolutely awful experience. Never have I had a subway employee tell me they won’t my my sandwich. I asked for a subway club but with steak instead of turkey and the lady said “I can’t do that” even after I stated I’d pay the extra fee. Then I tried to order a kids tuna, which I have never had trouble doing, and the employee stated a second time that she can’t do it because the board doesn’t offer a kids tuna. This is the worst subway I have ever been to. I will go out of my way to avoid this location again.
It is Subway what can I say. The people here are not the normal. They are friendly and go out of their way to help you.
manager way very unprofessional and rude to us on the phone. the entire order was messed up and she basically told us to go F ourselves and hung up.
