This is easily the best Starbucks in this area! The employees are always extremely friendly and attentive. I do agree with some other reviewers that this location seems to close early or not be open sometimes but I think this is due to staffing shortages or covid issues :)
I used the mobile app to order breakfast and coffee for my family but I'd forgotten one sandwich. I made the order for the forgotten sandwich while in line, explained the situation to the barista at the speaker and both my orders were ready when I got to the window! Plus they were so kind. I'll be back ❤️
This Starbucks is closed frequently and very unreliable. Today I was kicked out by the store manager with four minutes to pack my stuff “due to the safety of their partners” - no mention of guest safety etc. I was in middle of very important work and frankly, 4 mins notice to close is extremely unprofessional. I will take my business elsewhere.
I stopped by to get a strawberry drink for my mom since I was a little ahead of schedule for work that day. I pulled up to the speaker and asked them to surprise me since it was for my mom and I didn’t know what to get her. I told them she liked strawberry blended drinks. When I tell you they DELIVERED! SIS! I still think about that day! They were so amazing, and don’t get me started with Paz, the cashier. To my surprise she was ALSO a redhead and we had a small redhead bonding moment lol but she was amazing. The location of this Starbucks is so convenient too! I definitely need to start going to this location more often. They were all super sweet and excited to make the drink. They ended up making a strawberry caramel frappe and my mom said it was DEFINITELY worth a second and third try, it was THAT good. Thank you Paz and morning crew that day! :)
Bella the barista on duty just made my day. I place my order and realized I forgot my wallet. I had half the amount in change in my car, and she still gave me my full order and told me it was on her because I was having a mental Monday. Outstanding customer service way to go Bella been a loyal Starbucks customer for 25 years best service ever
Such a great experience here! My family and I were passing through town last weekend and my son accidentally left his wallet in this Starbucks. We didn't realize it until we were a couple of hours down the road. I quickly called and was told that they found the wallet and I could call back the following day to speak to the manager about getting it shipped back to me. I spoked to the store manager Carrie and she took down all my info to send the wallet back. When I offered to pay her back for shipping, she refused and said that it was on them. How kind! It was our mistake and she's paying for it. Such a generous thing to do. My son will be so happy to get his wallet back. Thanks Carrie!Update: Not only did Carrie pay the postage to mail the wallet back, she included a Starbucks gift card for my son. Unbelievable! The world needs more people like Carrie!

If you're looking for the hippest architecture and digital cafe experience, look no further than this Starbucks on Wade Green road. The staff is some of the friendliest most engaging Starbucks employees I have ever met. I would recommend ordering drinks food or coffee online so that you are able to pick it up either through drive-thru or in person. Yesterday I had ordered a drink online and when I arrived to pick it up I noticed that it didn't have the same taste that it normally does. One of the baristas informed me that according to the way I chose to have my specialty coffee through the online ordering, had perplexed them because they had never seen someone order the type of drink that I had ordered. When I told them I wanted the drink the same way that I always order it they happily allowed me to keep or discard the first drink, then they made me a new one according to a requirements and selections I usually order from Starbucks. This Starbucks location is one of the newest in these small area that I live. The architecture reminds me of artistic construction that is not only pleasing to the eye but comfortable for any environment depending on if you have kids or not. I would recommend this Starbucks on Wade Green road before I would recommend another Starbucks located within 1 mi on the same road.
Service was great - but got jipped on my drink a bit -- I ordered a "Venti Caramel Brulee Latte" with extra shot -- a treat for the holiday (a drink I might order once or twice a year) -- paid $7 for it -- and they didn't add whip cream or sprinkles (signature for the drink) -- which are supposed to come on it by default. So it was just made as a regular latte with Caramel pumps added. I don't think the milk was frothed great either. Was just like warm milk with caramel flavor. Definitely very disappointing especially for a $7 drink and one I order only on special occasions.
I've been to a couple of Starbucks, and this is hands down the best location I've been to. The staff are always so friendly and my drinks have never tasted better!
