There is nothing better than walking into a business and having them acknowledge you right from the start. It feels really good. After a really long day all I wanted was something to eat with my coffee. I wanted to sit outside and have a peaceful moment and all of that happened at this particular starbucks. From beginning to end I was served with kindness and they were very good to work with. Love to spend my money in places like this!If you have found my review helpful please give me a thumbs up ? and feel free to follow me for future reviews.
I originally attempted to use the Drive-Thru but the line moved so slowly that after waiting and waiting, i had to pee so badly that i decided to pull my car out of that line and park, shaking my leg and rocking, trying my best to hold it a little longer and praying that there wasn't a line one i got inside. The line of patrons was similar to the drive-thru so I decided to put a hold on the coffee and make my way to the other side of the store, to the much-appreciated, wait-free, single-room unisex (i think) restroom. I was relieved in more ways than one that the powder room was extremely clean and had upbeat music playing loud enough that anyone with stomach issues could feel comfortable to let'er rip without a chance of being offensive!Understandably, I passed up ordering my Caramel Macchiato on my way to the toilet, to avoid the embarrassment of standing in a personal puddle! But unfortunately after I had finished "paying my water bill" I realized that i was out of time and couldn't spare the 10 or 15 minutes longer I'd likely have to wait in line to place my order & then wait again for my drink to be hand crafted. So I'll make a mental note to revisit another time, if not for the coffee, then definitely for another impressive restroom experience! (OMG I'm turning into my mother, just as she'd warned me!)
Another great Starbucks location. What sets this one apart is the sweet little outside area with nice small tables and excellent conversation spots.
I ordered a ice match latte w/ oak milk, 1 shot of espresso, & vanilla sweet cream cold foam today and omgggggg it was so good!!!
I have been coming here for many years now, and the service has always been good, pretty COVID and now during COVID. I've seen many different faces and each one has had a polite and good demeanor, or if they're having a bad day, I can't see it.I just had a very rude interaction with a doctor's place, so rude in fact I canceled on the spot. It had to do with my mask I was wearing. I came here afterwards, makeup smudged from being frustrated and just wanted a drink. The baristas all welcomed me, and took my order. The blonde girl with the tattoos was so nice she asked me how I was doing, and made my food and the others made my drink really well. Nobody said anything about my mask or what I was wearing. Just a smile and a wish for a good day.Thank yall for being yall. It meant a lot today.
Not sure what happened between 7:15am to 7:30am on December 31, 2021. The store was not opened and there was a sign on the door saying they will open at 7:30am. While I was outside of the front entrance (at 7:30am), an employee removed the sign from the door and did not unlock the door. This is definitely not the Starbucks way! I will not return to this location when traveling the area. I also understand there is a shortage of supplies but the store is really struggling, they do not have venti cups or lids for hot beverages. The Starbucks within 2 miles from them had supplies, provided excellent customer service and my hot venti flat white was great…..in a venti sized cup with a lid.
Hands down the friendliest and most efficient Starbucks in Georgia so far! A+ service. Give them all raises! ?
Its a Starbucks. Service was fine sandwich was lite on bacon but it was a busy time of day. If you can't handle minor imperfections from time to time don't eat fast food from a drive through.
Beautiful young people working here. Seem to enjoy what they do.
They take sooooo long everytime. I didn't even get the right order.
