We were just in this Starbucks and they closed at 10am due to a staff shortage which I understand. Why the one star is because they told us 3 times to leave before 10 and they were really rude in how they went about it. I asked for a coffee before I left and they said they couldn’t help me at 10am because the lobby was now closed. Starbucks needs to train better customer service.
Super nice staff although cafe service is sooooo slow, i waited 10 minutes for a single shot of espresso while they made every mobile order (6 of them) before my in person cafe order.. but every time i come in the cafe it’s usually a 10-15 minute wait for a single drink.
They’re robbing people and charging them twice but they can’t pick up the phone? yea i’d give them 0 stars if it was possible.

Every time I try this location my drink is always half empty or they shove as much ice in as possible. I couldn’t even get a straw in the cup there was so much ice. Worst location staff ever.
Friendly staff and great coffee! My suggestion is to eat at Rico's Tropical Grill, also purchase some of their guava and cream cheese pastries, and then get Starbucks coffee to go with the pastries!

Staff is absolutely fantastic and very friendly. Order has been consistently perfect every visit, highly recommend! Line moves incredibly fast as well even when backed up.
I definitely love Starbucks but today I asked the lady with pink hair what’s her favorite cold drink. Not sure on the name of the drink but she hit the nail on it’s head !!! This is the best drink I’ve had from there before ! Thank you !
