if I could give less stars I would. they entire staff was rude and disrespectful to my wife. the manager was confrontational and aggressive. i will never go to another starbucks after how I was treated.
Placed an online order 15 minutes prior to picking up. Young lady came to the window and asked me which sandwich I ordered. I asked her if she saw my name and order for pick up and she confirmed. I was not happy waiting and since I ordered ahead.i was in a hurry to get to work. The sandwich looked like it was just tossed in a bag and she had no customer service at all, didn't even apologize for the mix up or me having to wait.
