I asked for a drink with no ice and they literally only put espresso in there w no milk. They were pretty rude about it too tbh
03/18/22 @ 2:10 pmThey gave me food that expired the same day that I bought it. They should have asked me if I wanted it before giving it to me. Let me decide if I want to buy and eat something that expired that same day. The carrots were shriveled and the peas had started to rot. Unexceptable!
Can't speak to speed of drive-thru, but my in-house experience was well above-average. The manager, DeVon exudes professionalism, joy, and care. The staff seem happy and efficient, and I viewed many regulars come in, and it appeared that they were on a first-name basis with a welcoming and community attitude. The restaurant was clean and spacious with ample room to work and find a plug if needed. Will return to whenever possible because it exceeded my expectations.
Always a joy to visit this location. They always give us give info. on what's in the coffee or drinks and what to order. Great guys at this location. My daughter likes the jazzed up fruity drinks. They know the recipe with the extras that the teens are in to.
Great as always!!! We love the management of this Starbucks and the staff are friendly!!! We drive through and sometimes hangout inside!
This branch should host an incompetency event. No group of people are more qualified on how to perform every task in the least efficient manner humanly possible. Drive to a further away Starbucks, you will get your drink faster that way.
Besides the awkward drive thru layout, it was a 10/10. The guy running the window was amazing, the drinks were better than perfect! The drive thru layout was a little crazy.
Fast service...I loved the barista at the window(Heather). Her personality was uplifting and happy. She was singing and she had me smiling to start my day!
I have been to this store twice in one week and each time my coffee was not hot or fresh. When I complained, they said “we are brewing a fresh pot if you can wait a few minutes”. Why didn’t they give me the option to wait for hot coffee when I ordered? Why is it okay to give cold and old coffee to a customer? This is very disappointing and I expected better customer service from Starbucks!
The baristas must pay attention when they are making the drinks, i experienced twice that the baristas made wrong drinks, the overall the taste of the drinks are good.
