The best Starbucks I’ve been to in the Atlanta area! Drive through was fast and my drink made super quick! This is the first Starbucks that has ACTUALLY shaken my “brown sugar shaken espresso oat milk drink”. It’s so annoying having to shake it up myself in my car risking a huge mess so I really appreciate this Starbucks for actually shaking it without me having to ask. I was in and out of the drive through in less than 5 minutes too!

Outstanding. The baristas treat you like you are at a fancy restaurant and not just the same fast food place as all the rest. I was greeted personally by everyone upon arrival, given options upon ordering, informed about perks and other rules about refills if you stay in store that I did not know about, and just overall everyone is bending over backwards to serve you and make you feel comfortable. Most Starbucks I have been to are good, but this one stands out. The drive-thru line did look long, but thankfully I was able to be inside. Only downside is that this location is located at the part of Kennesaw that's a dead zone for signal. It shows I have bars, but nothing ever goes through on this part of Barrett Pkwy. Bring a laptop! :)
Drive thru is always busy, too busy. I parked went in and was out with my Carmel latte triple shot in less than five.

The staff at this location is absolutely AMAZING! They’re always GENUINELY friendly and helpful. Even in these tough pandemic years and with product shortages and disgruntled customers - they still wear smiles and offer explanations and apologies with kindness in their eyes and tone of voice. These people truly make my day and not just because they hand me coffee! The drinks are consistently made with accuracy and speed, even considering the lengthy drive thru line. HIGHLY recommend this location!
This has been a consistently friendly, clean and accommodating establishment! Everyone from the shift manager all the way to the Baristas were kind and professional in every way. I’ve been going here (off & on) for over 6 years & they’ve NEVER let me down! Thank you all for doing such a great job & for reppin’ your Brand in an awesome manner!

They made my peppermint mocha twice for my son and it wasn't good the 3rd time I told my son to walk to the drive thru and change it for another flavor she was so unprofessional she told my son to just walk away I can't change it so I want back to the window and she braged that she changed it twice so she changed it the third time for another flavor and I asked for a tea with 3 raw sugar they didn't add sugar very rude and unprofessional way of speaking with a customer
This is by far one of the worst Starbucks. Not only is their mobile ordering constantly down, today I made a mobile order to arrive and their doors were locked. I had to wait in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes and when I mentioned I tried to walk in, they said they had folks that called out. Well, I got home and my drink is COMPLETELY WRONG. I’m reaching out to Starbucks now because this is ridiculous.
