As a barista at another Starbucks, this has to be the worst one I’ve been to. They had not started my drink and I told them I forgot to order a milk alternative since I can’t have regular milk. The lady just rolled her eyes and told me I had to go back in line and order the drink again. At any other starbucks location, this would not happen. If someone told me this I would’ve made their drink no problem. The people were very rude and it definitely did not feel like I was welcome.
Whenever I try to get Starbucks from this location the drinks are so much less rich and flavorful than they are at other locations. Even after I repeat to the employees multiple times that I want extra flavoring, matcha, or chai to try and combat their weak drinks, the drink still comes out tasting like nothing but slightly sweet milk. It's like they're skimping on ingredients. At other locations, I ask for the drinks like normal and they come out rich and awesome as they should.
I'm a barista. I know how hard it is to keep up with lines and complicated orders. Usually, I am incredibly understanding of these obviously stressed out baristas and their insanely long lines. However, today, when I ordered an iced latte with a single customization, the lady on the register openly rolled her eyes at me. This is not the first time I have had a rude encounter with these baristas, but having the barista so blatantly negatively react to my fairly simple order was mind boggling. It's pretty clear this Starbucks does not get the same training as corporate Starbucks, but you would expect them to uphold their values a bit more. Perhaps if the university paid these baristas the proper amount for their work the service would be better.

Lady with golden braids that I assume is the manager is unprofessional and unexceptional . Second encounter with her. First time I only wanted a large cup of ice. Told her I would pay the difference. Couldn’t even finish my statement before she handed me a small cup and shooed me out the line.Second attempted. I did not realize the store closed @ 6pm however when I checked my clock it was 5:58 and she still had 3 other people in line. She left her post to close the door on me. I politely said “Ma’am, I’m in line as well.” She looked at me and said that I didn’t make it @ 6pm and closed the door on me. WONT be spending my hard earn money here again. ??
They never have all the ingredients
Staff is rude
Minimal wait for food. I love going to this starbucks to knock out some homework, and just look at all the art on the walls.
staff is sweet and helpful but they cannot keep up with the crowds. they management have run the lines, the floor displays, and the arrangement of tables make the place inaccessible for the vision- and mobility-impaired customer--and likely they are not ADA compliant. I had to exit the building and come back in the front after I got my coffee today because there was no accessible route from the register back to the tables.
I went to Starbucks and I paid with Apple Pay. They charged me twice. So I politely asked if I can have my money back. They refused to give me my money back or even give me a gift card. This Starbucks has done this to me twice now. They wanted me to print out my monthly bank account statement too so they can have even more proof that they charged me twice but I showed them my bank account statement and they still won't give my money back. I wouldn't recommend this Starbucks to any one. Save your money and go to the Starbucks across the street from school.
