Starbucks isn’t really a part of my daily routine anymore. This visit was for my birthday drink. It was good overall.
I hate to write this review but if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I loved this Starbucks for so long, its right by my house, but as of recently, the workers haven't been as nice, the drinks mess up, and they even hung up on me when I tried to call. I was calling to ask what time they opened because when tired to go this morning, it wasn't open? at 8am??? very weird for that Starbucks. I still love the company so much but this store needs to get it together. ruined my Starbucks experience :(( one time, I even watched a worker get mad at me and then proceed to trash talk me when had to send my drink back because they put whipped cream on my drink when I had asked for no WC, I break out in hives when I eat it so I was sad when she got an attitude because SHE messed up my drink. I won't be saying any names but come on guys, get it together.i was very nice and respectful about the whole thing too.
This was my favorite Starbucks for a few years. It's gone down hill. I've been given the wrong orders through mobile orders, and they had the doors closed today. They were taking pick up orders through the app, if I had walked there I'd have been out of luck. I've written to the manger before and no response. Also some issues with not getting stars when ordering through the app and paying my gift card. Once this gift card runs out I'll be switching to Dunkin. ☕
After living in Kennesaw for a year, it seems that this location is the only one reliable for certain pastries. They seem to always have majority in stock which is more than I can say about quite a few of the surrounding locations. Terry, in drive thru was extremely pleasant, had good communication skills and gave extraordinary customer service.
This Starbucks is great. Consistently good drinks, super friendly staff, always clean. So happy the inside is open to study in. I go to this location over the Starbucks closest to me
Busy 6 am rush and they were on top of it! Love this location. People are always so nice!

The Starbucks at Bells Ferry & 575 is my favorite location! Their customer service is beyond excellent. Every employee is very friendly and genuinely seems happy to be there. They keep the line moving quickly so I never worry about being late for work because of the line.
I usually love this Starbucks but I ordered a latte which should come with two shots and I was given a cup of milk. This was a huge bummer :/
