He last few times we have been to this location, the service has been extremely slow.This week though took the cake. We ordered ahead on the app, paid, and headed over. The line for the drive through was completely wrapped around the building. We then noticed that all the drive in bays had their screen off, and the order button covered. Weird, but the app said out order was being prepared, so we parked and checked in. Long story short, we waited 40 minutes, and the drive through line didn’t move a single car. Same car sitting at the window, same car at the box. We only waited since we paid on the app already. It was like Wonka’s factory “Nobody ever goes in, nobody ever comes out”Called support, got a refund, and left.Waste of nearly an hour.If you don’t want to be open, put up a sign, turn off the lights, stop taking mobile orders, that’s fine. But good grief, at some point you just have to admit defeat so people stop waiting.The refund process was a 15 minute ordeal in itself. 20 questions. My name, my address, my payment type, the store address, my receipt number, some other numbers from the receipt, my total. I swear, you’d think they couldn’t see their orders. Hold please. Wasn’t terribly interested in the riot that was starting in the parking lot here, just apologized vaguely for my trouble… Hope I get my money back.Left and went to the Zax up the street, ordered, and had food within 10 minutes of leaving Sonic.What happened Sonic? A little communication would have gone a long way here.

Drove here just to be told they were closed at 10:03pm.. Don’t you close at 11? Don’t come to this location. Clearly, they don’t like to work here.Edited to reply to the response: The car in front of me placed their order. I was already in line. They could have taken my order as well. From the looks of the other reviews here, I find it hard to believe they closed early for a valid reason.

Worst service ever. Very slow workers. We waited 40 minutes in line while cars were piling behind us. When we finally got on the window, the manager was just sitting on his phone the whole time!! Because they stalled between cars, we didn’t get to order until 10:50 when they closed at 11 and they came up with the excuse “our ice cream machine is down”. No it’s just laziness and didn’t want to do it before closed. What’s funny about that is their sign on their billboard says “Yes, our ice cream machine works” yeah right. Do not recommend. Would be better off going to McDonald’s. Update: took us a whole 20 mins to get our food. The guy at the front with the braids didn’t say one word the whole entire time to us, wasn’t paying attention to our orders, handed us random people’s order. AVOID at all costs!!! Another update: my sandwich was wrong and disappointing. I asked for a crispy chicken sandwich, got grilled.

This is the worst experience I had going through a drive through at any fast food franchise. I had to keep repeating my order in the intercom several times due to the Sonic employee not listening. I asked for fries, and the employee said they might not be up to standard, and the tater tots would take more than 5 minutes to cook. Who would say that? He was right, the fries were terrible.It was made clear that the employee did not know he was doing as he kept going back and forth to a car in front of me handing napkins, sodas, and spoons one by one to the customer instead of just having it all together. When it was my turn, I had to tell him that I also ordered a sprite with the mealI have been to this Sonic several times with not incident. This is my first time in a year and last time going there.I would not recommend spending your money to go here. Not spending your money may cause for the manager to really vet and train their employees. I would give it a zero rating if I was able to.

Placed an in app order at 2:45pm on Tuesday (non holiday). Simple order, shake, onion rings, cheeseburger. Arrived and checked in at 3pm. My stall screen showed in the kitchen until 3:20, at which point it disappeared and asked if I'd like to place an order. I press the red button, confused because I had already checked in. It's not 3:30pm as I'm writing this and I still don't have my food or drink. This will be the last time I order Sonic. Ridiculous. Get it right Sonic. This isn't how you treat customers.

This place was a big part of my teenage years, and we always loved coming here, but something happened to it after covid. The service is terrible, your food is always wrong, they never have the ingredients to make the new drinks advertised, and the employees just don't care and look angry and unhappy. I feel like contacting someone at corporate or the franchise owner just to ask what the heck is going on at this establishment. It's so sad and disappointing to see it go so far downhill. I've been here 4 times in the last 2 years and each time some bafoonery was going on. Once I had to wait an hour for an oreo blast, and when I finally got it it was a plain vanilla, another time the manager was standing outside to take orders and told me i was the last car she could take all day even though it was the middle of the day. She said she was closing like 5 hours early because she only had her and one other employee scheduled. I don't think anyone here cares anymore, including the owners, or it wouldn't have been so bad for so long now. Don't go here!

Ordered on the app before driving to Sonic for drinks and shakes for my family. When I arrived at this Sonic I attempted to let them know I was there but the stalls had black screens and no numbers. After waiting 5 minutes for someone to answer the button I went to the drive through and let them know I was there. I was instructed to go to the stall and they would bring my order out. It never arrived and I left after 25 minutes. Very disappointed. I paid for my order on the app and have disputed the charges made to my credit card

Worst service. Very very very slow. We waited about more than 30 minutes for a shake and a medium ched r’ peppers. We love eating at Sonic , but they need better management and employees , rather than the ones that like to there pants really low to where their underwear is showing.

Stopped by on a Friday night around 8:30pm. There was 1 person parked in a stall and 1 person at the drive through window, I sat at the drive through box for 5 minutes and no one answered. The car at the window sat there during my entire visit. I went to a stall and pressed red button, after 10 mins the button stopped blinking. I pressed it again and after a few mins it stopped blinking again. After over 30 mins, I finally left - disappointed and hungry. I guess I learned through experience why there were no customers at this location.

Typical Sonic, fast service, cool drive in style with in car delivery. Wasn't too busy, but we were there a little late. Food was good, ice cream blasts were perfect with a cherry on top!
