I get smoothie king pretty often and I always order the same thing (chocolate hulk), I love the smoothie but today I went in to get my regular and it hadn't been fully blended and it didn't taste like the hulk normally does, there where chunks of nuts in it and big ice cubes in the bottom, I'm extremely disappointed because there smoothies aren't exactly cheap and I'm already back at work so there's nothing I can really do about it I'm just out of my breakfast and 10 dollars.
Great service! Very fast and my smoothie was amazing! The cashier made me the BEST smoothie when I told him what fruits I like. Definitely will be back.
Although smoothies are usually made correctly, service is slow and customer service is most of the time poor. I waited 15 minutes for a smoothie without a line, and couldn’t even get a glance or a call out when the drink was finished. I know retail can have rough days, but this is a frequent issue at this location.
