me and 2 other customers tried walking in a few minutes before closing and were told by 2 employees that they close at 8:55 when the website says 9… Just thought it was very rude of them to have the open sign on and doors unlocked but turn down 3 paying customers upon arrival. waste of time and the employees were rude about it.
Im amazed that this girl I think her name is Danyelle(according to the receipt). She is so sweet and really patient. I really appreciate her helping me and my family picking out the perfect smoothies. This place needs more people like her. Im glad they have someone that speaks 3 languages like she does. She was very helpful for us and I love how she spoke in Spanish so my mom could understand it better. Super Sweet!! Will definitely be coming back !
I went in on wednesday and the girl with blonde hair and glasses, I think her name was Leah’s d she was so nice and helpful!! Great Customer service and knowledgeable about the menu and helped me decide on a smoothie and it was great. Definitely would come back because of her!

I dont plan on going back to this one At night there's all kids with no adult supervision. They don't wear mask and they play around while making Customers smoothies. Last time I was in the store there was a heavy set kid behind the counter eating a smoothie right out the blender with his bare hands. He didn't even wash his hands before taking the next customer and then the same container that he just finished sticking his hands in eating out of was just sprayed with a little water no soap then used to make the next Customers drink.
Bad service. I walked in as a customer and I was told that I have to wait 30 mins because she had multiple online orders. She was the only one working and she said she was the manager. I just find it ridiculous that as an In store customer I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time . As a manager in the restaurant industry what she should have done was disable her online orders and focus on in store online since she was understaffed.
Tried to get a smoothie this morning at 9:55 and the lady told me that it would be 20 to 25 minutes before she could blend up my smoothie !!!what a joke!
Prepared to spec and on time, always, when using the app. Little bit of a hassle to obtain refunds if you order through the app to the wrong location, so always ensure that you refresh the location prior to your order.
I would have given 0 if it would have let me. The workers in this place are rude and disrespectful. They behave as if they don't want to be there and don't want to be bothered.
Greetings!Love their smoothies... The Caribbean Way® and the Lemon Twist® Strawberry are two of my favorites. The first one is super sweet and refreshing, and the other is a yummy blend with a nice tart pop to it. This particular location always has a nice staff; but one time we experienced an issue where someone could not get in contact with me. They went above and beyond to help us, doing things such as taking down a message / number to relay to another customer, until we connected again. Very appreciative. ???
