This use to be my favorite Smoothie King but the new staff aren’t friendly & the smoothies are extremely inconsistent now.
The staff has generally always been helpful and friendly, but the quality of this place has just plummeted lately. It smells like mold when you go inside, the floors are sticky and have shoe prints all over them, the doors are streaked and covered in finger prints. I just can't imagine a place this unclean providing high quality smoothies, which is sad because I used to love this location.
Today is March 16th. Usually this Smoothie king is freakin awesome. But today it was hot inside like the a.c went out and it stunk like something was sour or went bad and the two girls seemed very upset but they did make our drinks right ?. Hopefully they get fixed whatever is messed up.
I get a smoothie everyday for lunch and every time I go to this location it’s never made right. This was the last time I’ll go there. I’ve never had a problem at other locations.
I wish I could give zero stars. I sent my son to go get me a smoothie from this location near Walmart. I can't have peanut butter so I told him to sub for almond butter. It was on the receipt but guess what, when he brought it back, I took one sip and tasted plenty of pb. Good thing I don't have a severe allergy to it. I told him to take it back but they wouldn't give a refund because I took a sip. A literal sip because it was still full. They could have tossed it, apologized and refunded my money. So, that was a loss. This location is always raggedy. I went a few days ago and ordered one and it wasn't halfway thick but I gave this location another chance. Mistake. How do you get a smoothie wrong! That's what I get for not sending him to the Crater Lake location. They are always friendly, get it right everytime that I go. I will not ever be returning to that location near Walmart on Cobb again. Everyone that works there acts like it's a difficult job. It's not! Clearly I'm aggravated. I wasted my money and still have no order.
STRAWBERRY KIWI!!! I can never remember what shake I get. Catya was very kind and helpful! She explained the different shakes to me and when I finished paying, she had my shake ready! Excellent customer service and speed!I never knew this location had a drive-thru.

Asked for pineapple smoothie, received a banana tasting thing. I let them know...thier reply that's all we have. No customer service.
Very disappointed with the service in general. Never get my order as promises. It happened to me twice, especially, when you ordered online. A bunch of lazy teenage girls.
Always come.here.for.meal replacement alternative . The product is exceptional. !
