Delicious food and great service
We had an early reservation, 5:45 for 5 of us. We were seated immediately. This was Father's Day and they weren't as busy as I expected them to be. Our waitress was ok. She took our order, but forgot my husband's salad. She brought it out with the main course. She was a bit slow or maybe it was the kitchen, when we asked for extra butter and drink refills. The food was very good, everyone was happy. Overall we all enjoyed our visit We will be back.
Best server ever .. Chase was the most polite, attentive, best customer service I’ve had recently. Every opportunity to go over and beyond he did, from bringing extra napkins with out being asked, to extra biscuits, to bring extra drinks out before we finished, willing to explain dishes, asked how we liked it, even came to check on us throughout dinner, ask if we needed to go cups(which servers rarely due) the icing on the cake was he even brought us a few extra biscuits to go for our to go plate lol since he notice we loved the biscuits ?. People are willing very quickly to give bad reviews well for once this is a good review, not only did he make us want to return. He made me take time to write this review, hands down best service, Chance should go teach RA Sushi Restaurant a thing or two on how to provide excellent service. Makes a big difference of your dining experience. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Chase for having a heart of gold and being an awesome server. Wish him much success and prosperity!!
We eat here a couple times a month. The food is always good. Our server Evan was very helpful. He did a great job. We will be back.

Good food, good service, reasonable prices.
Great service from every employee we encountered. When we met manager, we understood why. Tassany nearly ran her legs off getting me shrimp refills for endless shrimp. She was truly one of the best waitresses we have ever encountered. We will DEFINITELY start driving just a little further than our normal Red Lobster to go to this one! I'd give it 10 stars if I could.
Always have great visits whether it be for lunch or dinner. I sit in the bar area always enjoy the food and conversation with all workers. Manager was very attentive checking in on tables and helping staff (think she transferred as I overheard her mention to regular). This location has top-notch service.I visited at a weird time so the only thing that could’ve been better is the pay screen didn’t look clean but it could’ve just dried weird. If it hadn’t been clean I’d recommend the server checking when greeting, switching with a clean one, and cleaning the original out of site of customer. I wouldn’t care if they cleaned it in front of me but some people can be weird ;) As long as it gets cleaned at some point between guests IMO — ‘cause I wanted to play free trivia and couldn’t — it was tragic, LOL :)
I had not been to Red Lobster for a very long time, this place was really a seafood lovers dream, my business partner and I had the same food since they had the endless shrimp special, the food was served hot and fresh and the service was outstanding. Oh and the waiter was a handsome young man with a beautiful smile.
We were seated upon arrival. Our waitress Ellie was very good. My husband ordered the lobster topped flounder. He said it was really good. I ordered their $15.99 special. I chose the caesar salad, the shrimp cocktail and the shrimp alfredo. Everything was so good.
