Went to the Kennesaw location twice in the past week with different experiences after an excellent visit to The Avenue at West Cobb store (the photos here are of The Avenue at West Cobb location) .. the first visit to the Kennesaw location off Barrett Parkway was a 4-star relative to the taste of our Thai Tea with Boba whereas yesterday's visit was very disappointing as the drinks tasted very diluted .. as always, we drank our drinks in the store immediately after they were made .. we will probably only go to The Avenue location on Dallas Highway from now on
Gone to this place many times over the past two years. They’ve increased prices a bit for sure. Since it’s grown more popular, it’s gotten a bit slow for service too. I ordered two teas (I almost always get the rose milk tea, the brown sugar is also good!) and it took around 10-15 minutes for them to prepare it. Always a bit noisy since a lot of people come here to hang out.
Most people are aware of the great boba teas but there’s some other hidden gems at this location. Chicknini bites are amazing - I always order spicy because it’s seasoned heavily - not hot. Well, there are ALWAYS hot from the fryer though. They have red bean balls. They’re deep fried with a rice shell and sesame seeds. Some people don’t like them but they just don’t have good taste. No seriously, I feel like people love them or just like ehh, not so much. It’s a bean. Some people just don’t like it.There are pot stickers too. It’s nice to come here for hang outs. The environment brings many types of people. It’s a good vibe here. There’s a huge boba tea pot that you can share with 5 toppings and a refill. I haven’t seen anyone order that though.
Great little hidden place! The Thai tea was great and there are a lot of options for customization. I didn't try the food but I'm glad that the options were there as well, and I'll be back to try it!
the mango green tea is delicious! it is a quiet and cozy location. Shrimp dumplings are a must (keep in mind they do take about 20-30min to come out)
Great place to study or hang out, the tea is pretty good and the boba is always tasty. The staff is friendly. I will say though, the watermelon milk tea did not really taste like watermelon, more like regular milk tea. Other options are great.
We love coming here! Can't wait for the new location to open. So many choices. Great place to try the list of teas and fancy drinks. Sometimes I wish there was a little continuity between the drinks though. Sometimes it seems certain people make them better than others. ( Only real complaint)
Sticky rice was still frozen and the owner didn't even apologize. Pork buns were a ripped off!One of the drink didn't even have any bubbles in it and the owner accused me not to ask for it whereas all orders come with tapioca bubbles. Worse service ever! There are plenty of tea places around, definitely not going back to this one!
Love this place! Had a sweet brown sugar milk tea with tapioca bubbles! And a somewhat-savory egg pudding cup with red beans and boba. Definitely something different but Duncan the Dino approves!
Good tea. The place is clean and perfect for college students to gather or work from their laptop. Nice relaxing tea house. Service was very good. First time visiting and tried the Brown Sugar Milk Tea. It’s green tea with brown sugar syrup. I added tapioca balls and coffee jelly and it was the perfect combination.
