I'm disappointed that since COVID Popeyes has its dining room closed, a lot of restaurants have opened their dining room but Popeyes remains a drive thru only business and the drive through is always so busy that if you are in s hurry it's best you go to your local burger restaurant or an alternative choice. I love their chicken but if I can't walk in for faster service I'd rather keep driving elsewhere.

If I could give them a zero I would. I have been waiting for months to try their chicken sandwich and we went a couple of months ago to do that…all to hear that they were out of them. So we tried again yesterday and went through the drive through all to see a sign that the speaker was out so we had to go to the window to order. We ordered the chicken sandwich which was not good at all. The chicken was rubbery and old tasting. On top of that we were picking up lunch for our son and everything he wanted they were out of … no nuggets, no mac and cheese, no French fries, no diet drinks, no sweet heat sauce so we got chicken tenders and they only had spicy ones. I wish I would have checked the box before we left because they were flat as a pancake, way more breading than chicken and they were dry as a bone. NEVER EVER EATING HERE AGAIN!!! I wish I would have read all the reviews before we went because we wouldn’t have even stopped. After reading all the horrible reviews, my question is, why isn’t upper management doing anything about this? TSK TSK TSK!

This sign has been on this drive-thru since at least March. It is now July. The line is always wrapped around the building because they are taking an order at the window then delivering it at the window. The dining room is closed, so you cannot go inside to get food. There is a sign at the drive-thru window saying they are short staffed. But they are also not fixing broken equipment, apparently. Hell of a way to run a railroad.

Just waited almost 45 minutes in the drive thru. The intercom has been out for what seems like a couple of months now so they get backed up taking orders at the window. They told me they were out of nuggets, tenders and Mac and Cheese which was what I came for. So I ordered a chicken sandwich which came out cold and stale.Another reviewer mentioned that it's normal for employees checks to bounce so I'm not surprised they seem short staffed regularly and the employees don't always care if your food is stale. Maybe the owner should fix the intercom and think about paying their employees a living and respectable wage. Would probably solve almost all of their issues.

This place needs to be shut down and start all over. This is the third time I have had issues with the location. I recently went to the location on Cobb Pkwy. I used my coupon for the 10 pc meal and ask if I could not have legs or wings and I would pay the difference. No problem at all. But this past weekend I tried to use my 5 pc meal coupon and ask for no legs/wings and I would pay the difference and she refused. Said if I wanted a breast and thigh I had to purchase another meal. This location is robbing people blind by do this. I just went two weeks ago at this location and they allowed me to replace my leg/wings. So I think the people they are hiring are not properly trained, no customer service at all. I guess I will just have to drive the extra 5 miles to get the service I need.

If I could rate lower I would. It says that they open at 10am but I called multiple times to check and see because I’ve gone at 10am and they weren’t open. They didn’t answer any of my calls so I went around 10:50am and they still weren’t open but there were clearly employees in there. There was a couple cars in the drive thru line and no one was talking through the speaker so cars began to leave. Their door was locked and it said they opened at 11am so we waited. Around 11:15 they still hadn’t opened so I went up to the window and they told me they weren’t opening until 11:30am but their speaker is broken and their inside is closed and then closed the window in my face. The whole establishment is a mess.

This store opens at 10 AM….I was in the area and went to the drive thru at 11:07AM. Two vehicles pulled in behind me. Seven minutes without being acknowledged was enough for me, so I left, as did the car behind me. There were people walking in and out of the place. Not sure if they were customer or workers who were late.The food is good, provided you can get what you want, use your preferred method of payment, and the food is prepared properly. For some reason I’ve had more negative experiences at this location. Fortunately there are others, closer to where I live.

This location loves to close up 25 to 30 minutes early. They will ignore you while they close up shop. Pure laziness at its finest.

Extremely concerned drove through the drive-through window where every restaurant in Georgia has their health certificate. Their certificate is covered by a Christmas poster in February. The line is always slow and most of the time they’re out of whatever you want. The worst Popeyes I have ever visited

The App said my order will be available at the COUNTER by 8:09pm. Another customer let me in at 8:07 and I informed the staff I was there to pick up. They told me, "No, the lobby is closed, you need to drive around." Mind you, there was a LONG line at the drive thru with people still ordering while my food is READY to be picked up. They insisted on shooing me out even though they could have just handed me my food since I was already in there. You shouldn't make picking up at the counter an option after a certain time of the day if people aren't allowed in. When I finally arrived at the window after half an hour later, they still did NOT have my food ready. Everything is so disorganized. I blame management. Not only did this waste my time, but also everyone else's that were with me. Poor customer service and zero flexibility.
