Prada didn't seem to be fresh like it should have and it's very expensive plenty of sauce and bread but other items are very few I would like to see that change
The owner of this Pizza Hut goes out of his way to make sure I am pleased with my order. We spoke for awhile when I picked up my order. I thanked him for the extra toppings he had put on my order over SEC football championship Saturday when they had run out of the topping I had wanted. Great guy and great store.
Communicate and get my order correct. I asked for light sauce and it had way too much sauce so i know it wasnt light. The delivery driver stated i get a free pizza cause they had to proof breadsticks cause they ran out and thats why my order took so long. The breadstickes and cinnasticks were flat and tough. All they had to do was call me and i would of changed my order. The pizza hut on sandy plains calls to communicate and let me know of any issues. Last night the bells ferry one i ordered at 706pm. At 730 it said it was out for delivery and i got my pizza at 830. Just unacceptable. I didnt even call to complain cause i knew they were busy but i just wish my order was correct.
The pizza was really good this time. Cooked to perfection. I added extra cheese maybe that made it better but I really enjoyed it:)
I drove right up and my pizza was done. I had ordered and paid online. It was the easiest experience ever. The man who handed me my pizza was very nice too!
Usually my order is very good. This order did not have much sauce on the pizza so it was dry.
Delivery was timely and pizza was very warm and fresh!
1st let me say the pizza was disgusting. It was cold as if it was sitting out waiting to be delivered. On top of that it was greasy! We waited almost 2 hrs. To make matters worse my son was so hungry that he ate it even though it was cold! Now I’m not a pizza fanatic but when I want pizza I want it to be hot and appetizing! But I didn’t get that it just looked dry and hard to chew and NOT hotI had to find something else to eat because the pizza was a turn off
These guys always get it right with a positive attitude and smiles. It goes a long way. Thanks for doing a good job.
Compared to the other guys, even other Pizza Hut locations, this was hands down the best thin crust pizza experience; the whole table couldn't get enough. Would also like to make a point and say that I do believe management at this location has been the same for some time and I'm always very impressed with the gentleman who handles my order behind the counter.10/10
