The food is usually good, but you need more respectful delivery drivers. My son was playing and hurt his finger right before I opened the door and the delivery woman heard him crying. She decided to point out that "someone's not happy". My son is autistic and 3 years old. Our home is his safe and happy place and if he needs to cry or let his feelings out he can rightfully so. I don't need someone to point out that my kid is not happy during our 5 second interaction when I already know this. He doesn't get to do a lot of things other kids can because it triggers a meltdown which is okay, but he can freely be himself in his own home. Unless you have something positive or nice to say, you don't need to make comments about someone else's child during your deliveries, ever. You don't know what challenges someone's child may or may not have and it's not your place to comment on. It is also not polite to respond with "oh, my cousin has autism". Cool, unless it's your child or you yourself has autism you truly don't understand; And I won't ask, because it's none of my business. Please, just mind your own business and don't talk about other people's children during your 5 second interaction. It can be a sensitive topic.
On 3/18/22, we ordered a pizza from this Pizza Hut location to be delivered. We ordered through the site at 1:25 PM. After 30 minutes, we attempted to call the restaurant to get updates on our order but couldn't get through. Ultimately, we tried about a dozen times to get through so we could cancel, to no avail. At 3:44 PM, the driver arrived with ice cold pizza and was very nonchalant about the situation. Not sure how this went so wrong but this was, by far, the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
They were fast but the quality was poor. Thank you for reminding me why I don't order from you ! There are several pizza places around to choose from and I thank you again for making it easier !
This location is so unprofessional. I ordered online. They got the tip, then someone switched it to carryout instead of delivery. So I called and the person claimed he fixed it and put it in delivery status and it would take about 20 minutes. Over an hour later still no pizza. So I called again and some nasty, unprofessional, gutter snipe answered with a very bad attitude. Told me its a carry out. Why would I give a tip for me to come get it? I asked for a full refund. I will NEVER deal with this location ever again.
Very disappointed.1. Tried ordering through the app 2-3 times for a deal, immediately got an email saying the order would not go through.2. Called the store to confirm if it went through or not, since I did not want to get charged for something that was not working and did not want to show up for the carry out order with nothing waiting at the store.3. Asked if I could put the order in the store via phone call and they agreed, said they could beat the deal. Then they RUDELY said that they had three other pizzas waiting and told me to hurry it up.Super poor service, both through the app and at this specific location. I did not end up ordering because of this poor communication. Had been coming here for years, never had this type of experience before.
My pizza was cold and wings barely hot. How do you order pizza and then the order slides out what should be a temperature control bag only to microwave it after celivery.. #failure
I will NEVER eat at Pizza Hut again!!!!! I waited an hour and a half for pizza that was cold. I called the store and the manager answered. I told him it was cold and he says well it was to take 120 min and we beat it by 30 min. I said what does that have to do with my pizza being cold? He caught an attitude and said I’ll just credit you. I asked what his name was? He said to me and I quote “ John Jacob Jingle Hymer Smith” and hung up on me. There’s more but I will email corporate the LONG drawn out details of the event. I am beyond unhappy and will NEVER give my business here again to the Kennesaw location or any worldwide!
Both pizzas I ordered for delivery came burnt. To the point unedible. I had to drive to the store to get 2 new pizzas. Tried calling but went to a recording after a few rings. They did make new pizzas after I drove up and waited 25 minutes in the store but the fact that I had to drive up to get it corrected was not a good experience
Make sure that the food is made the correct way. I requested that no olives be on my pizza and it seemed as though they made the pizza with extra olives. I will not be ordering from this location ever again!
pizza barely had any toppings and very dry. Not happy. we were extremely tired after a long day to take it back to the store.
