I couldn't be more impressed with this place and the new owners!! Wow!! It went from just a place you go for that taste you're looking for to a clean and welcoming hangout! They greet you when you walk in the door with smiles, are genuinely glad to see you, and quick to get your hot meal to you. I will most definitely be back!!
I enjoy the atmosphere and hospitality I receive every time I come in to this location. Amy has the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I only come here for my wings and philly steak because the people and food are better then any competition in the area. Highly recommend going here instead of next door.
Like another review from a former employee has stated, the managers do take their workers tips at the end of the night so please hand any tips directly to the employees instead of the tip jar. I worked there over a month ago and still have not received my first paycheck. Would not recommend giving this place your money under current management.
First off I'm a spiritual person but I don't like going to eat dinner and half to listen to a sermon of a religion that i don't believe in. Second the girls just sat around reading books instead of cleaning any tables. They were making fun of a customer literally to his face for not understanding what they were saying due to a heavy accent. Don't think he was amused. The sandwich was burnt on one side and I don't think she even put cheese on it. Why is it the Townelake location is on point and you guys are not! I have eaten here 3 times now to give you guys a chance but sadly your location is not that great.
Although I had an issue and they made my food wrong the young lady immediately fixed it when I told her, and went above and beyond. I used to work in the service industry for years so I understand it happens. It was amazing the 2nd time!
Worse place to work. Owners don't knw how to run a business. And they steal their employees tips. Never give their employees the credit cards tips. The owners say they get the credit card tips. Place is dirty and they never deep cleaned till I got there and had to show them their restaurant was nasty.
Extremely disappointing. A young man greeted me was soon as I walked in and was very nice. He noticed that I had an UGA sweatshirt on and commented that the game was on. I told him good and that I’d watch it while eating my cheesesteak.Almost as soon as I was done paying, the other worker doing the cooking turned the sound down and stated watching a sermon on the TV behind the counter and playing the audio over the speakers loud enough to be a concert. She was totally concentrating on the sermon and burned the bun and meat for my sandwich. I sat and ate my burnt food while listening to a sermon.Definitely not worth $16
Food was good especially the fries. I felt nauseous when I got about 1/2 done with my sandwich. Not sure if it was the meat and bread or just due to me eating so fast.
I’m actually really upset. I ordered my food at 10:30pm. It said that it would be ready by 10:51pm. The website states that they were closed at 11:30pm. My husband and I sat in the car and then he ran inside of Kroger to grab water. We pull back around at 10:53 and they are closed!!! Every light is off and they didn’t bother to cancel the order. It was confirmed and it said they are preparing your food.
I don't know what has happened over the last couple months(new management?) but this place is terrible now. We used to go weekly and the food and service was always decent but the "steak" that they use now is disgusting. I thought it was an off day when we went last month and decided to give it another shot and that was a huge mistake. We have thrown away the food the last two times that we've gone there and they refuse to either remake the food or give a refund. Avoid this location.
