Customer service is terrible. I ordered a pizza through door dash and I never received it. I filed complaint with door dash and called Papa Johns directly. They tried to charge me again for the pizza instead of taking care of me. Sometimes just take care of the customer. I would have tipped the driver $20 had they just taken care of me.
Can never get my mothers order right unless I order in.... pizza is always good just not always correct and yes I've made sure she order it right and checked receipts(might just be her bad luck though tbh)
Last night I accidentally placed an order and called immediately to cancel. Spoke to an employee and they said the order was canceled, and come to find out this morning, one of their employees decided to continue placing the order and steal the food instead and charge me for it and this was a $50 order with 3 pizzas and 24 chicken wings! I will never order from this restaurant again. Be careful when placing orders with this Papa Johns
Very good good. I ordered the pizza bowl as an alternative to a salad. It was really good. Really hot and tasty and was ready right on time. Nice people work here.
Have been ordering from this location at least 3x per month for the last 2 years. Everything was fine up until about 3 months ago, since then the quality seems to continually decline. The pizza arrives cold, the ingredients are not evenly spread, the shape and cut of the pizza is not what you would expect. Now they are having a hard time getting the order correct.
Placed an order for delivery on the papa johns app from this location and was delivered an hour later by DoorDash. When it finally arrived it was not the pizza I ordered and completely wrong. Manager gave me a refund but still upsetting for the time spent waiting. :(
Delivered a cold pizza an hour and a half after placing the order. Not just Luke warm, but cold. You have my contact, tell me it’s coming late and make another. Gave me a refund but big deal. The money is not a big deal but waiting and then getting an inedible product. No excuse.
Terrible pizza. Had them re make it, came out better shape but still terrible… never eating here again
