Stop using doordash drivers to complete orders. I did not order a doordash order. I ordered a PapaJohns order. If I wanted doordash, I would have ordered doordash. I live 10 mins away, pizza arrives barely warm and I had to have like 20 mins of conversation with the driver because the DoorDash GPS doesnt work right on outside orders.I would have rather have a late pizza delivered by a PJ driver than go through DoorDash, especially without my consent. Awful.
The pizza was warm when it arrived but i don’t know who was on for making the pizza on 4/1/22 but they need to gtfo. The pizza literally looked like they forgot to put cheese on before the toppings, i got a pepperoni pizza and ham and it looked like a cheese pizza…still good tho
Good value for your money. If possible, I recommend ordering carryout. I had a delivery driver who clearly had dropped one of my pizzas but said nothing. It wasn't until they were gone and I opened one of my pizzas to find it super mangled.
Visiting from DC the other day I ordered delivery to our hotel although it did take longer than expected; the cheese sticks, honey chipotle wings, chicken poppers and orange soda was on point.
Pizza was good, still fairly warm. It took a lot longer than expected for our order, and I understand every restaurant and take out place is hurting for workers due to Covid. If we were not immunity suppressed we would have picked it up ourselves. It just sucks that we live 10 mins away from the Papa John's and it took 75 minutes to get a delivery on a weeknight before 8pm.
What's with closing at 8pm tonight? Meh. Did us a favor actually. Needed a reminder that there is other take-out pizza here.
This place is a JOKE! I do not write reviews ever but this is insane. Every single time i order from this place it as at least an hour past the eta for delivery. Twice they’ve gotten the order wrong and only one of those times they made it right. Do NOT order from here. If you do, make sure you order your pizza 1 hr before you actually want it. If you want to eat at 6 order your pizza at 4. Your eta will b 30-45 mins but you’ll get your pizza around 5:45-6.
So, I decided to give PJ another try after a year. I placed an order at 715pm. The pizza didn’t arrive until 907pm. I live 3 miles away!!! Once it arrived it was cold. When he delivered it, it was not in a warming bag like Dimnos or Pizza Hut. No apology for being late. It was only supposed to take an hour 10 minutes. This will be my last time ordering!
This place is terrible I had guests over and ordered pizza and game me a estimated time of 1 hour and 10 minutes I ended up waiting 2 hours and more and canceling my order After u called for why my pizza was so late the man on the phone responded with “the driver is just leaving I’ll see how fast he can get there” I don’t know what papa johns is doing bringing people in that cannot do there job next time I’m gonna order pizza I might as well order the pizza 3 hours before the guests arrive because whatever they’re doing at papa johns obviously isn’t working since they cannot even deliver a pizza in the time they give they’re customer
We ordered pizzas for our staff at 145. When we called to check on the pizzas at 315 they told us that we would have to pay with a card so it can be Doordashed and it would be another hour before it could be delivered. This wasn't an option for us do to the fact the business was paying for it. I understand being short staffed but this information should of been relayed to us at some point.
