Please tell me why when I went into this location yesterday at 10:30a.m. to pick up a Togo order they told me rudely they didn’t open until 10:45 . Looks like the employees were late and didn’t want to open until they were good and ready . Also 10:45 !? ? No restaurant opens at 10:45 if you would’ve said 11:00 I may have fallen for it and it would’ve given you an extra 15 minutes to scurry around to get open .
They are always out of something ot they don't give you enough dressing for salads.\\nI love panera but not a locations are the same
Great place to eat. The employee Maddie was great! She is polite ,kind and very professional. Keep up the great work ?. Her customer service was on point!!!!!! It’s good to recognize people when they do a awesome job?.
Most of the time the food is great... But look at these photos. What is this? Come on, guys. :/ This is terrible. It's stringy and it was put together so sloppily I couldn't put the sandwich back together myself.I love Panera but I'm probably not getting that sandwich again. I don't know if it was the cooks or not because the soup and everything else was really good... But I had to throw the sandwich away. I've decided to update my review to 2 stars because at the end of the day, Panera is a restaurant and good quality matters. Worst Panera I've been to, as they're usually pretty good. The awesome guy at the counter takes no heat from this review.
I just worked a long day and I'm hungry on my way home so I called them to place my order so that I could just pick it up on my way home. They asked me if I could give them a credit card over the phone but since I was driving and that wasn't safe, I told them no. They said that I would just have to wait until I got there to place my order. That completely defeats the purpose of calling ahead. If they don't want my business I'm taking it somewhere else. Stupid business decision.
Conveniently located on Barrett Parkway. As normal, this Panera Bread has healthy fast food choices. My lunch was tomato soup and greek salad with arugula (pictured), which was very good! PB posts the calorie count on their menu, so you can get your target calories per meal. It was a warm day, so sat outside. Outside dining was in the back away from the noisy traffic on Barrett Parkway. Nice interior too, but only went inside to pick up my order. Pro Tip: Order using the PB app. After arriving at the restaurant, open the PB app and used their new "dine in" feature when ordering. Thus no contact with the servers here. Also makes it more accurate. Did walk by the order takers up front and they were not so busy, so either way ordering would have been easy today. Definitely worth a stop.
I ordered a pick up of 2 sandwiches and a soup approximately 30-40 mins before closing. This is one of our usual orders which is generally good. The sandwiches were extremely dry and flavorless. It was prepared sloppily with many ingredients missing. Not only was it dry they didn't add basics like pickles, sides and croutons too. Unfortunately since it was a pick up I didn't check all this then and there. Got to know only after reaching home. It was a complete waste of time and money. Disappointed!

I am just starting to like Panera Bread, I had a sandwich at work and was quite amazed at how good it was, so my opinion changed. I ordered the same sandwich at the store in my neighborhood and was I so disappointed!! I guess this location uses the least amout of ingredients they can but still charge full price. But then there is a sign on the speaker that says "due to covid...supply..." whatever! But come on now, I need you to add at least a half of the chicken on the pictures for the Frontega chicken to the sandwich, maybe I will come back.
