I honestly do not understand how a food location can so consistently be out of food. I do not mean in reference to supply chains but rather simply not cooking the food. Instead of cooking more food when a dish is getting low these people wait until it is totally out before telling to cook to cook more. This means that 5/10 times you will have to wait for the food to be cooked from scratch. Manager needs to retrain the team or be held accountable.
I would suggest you go to a different location. I had an 11am pick up order. When I got there, there was no food cooked at all. I had to sit outside for over a half an hour while I watched at least 3 ppl try to go inside...the doors were still locked ( I previously went throb the side entrance). When they finally did open the doors my food wasn't ready and people who had just walked in got thier food before me. They didn't have any sauces. This was my first time at this location and I will NEVER waste my time like this again.
I doubt I’ll spend my money at Panda Express again especially at this location. To me it was all underwhelming food and garbage timing. Maybe twice I got a meal that was worth the money. This location opens at 10:30, so I go at 10:45. Doors are locked and employee says “we open at 10:30 but we haven’t started making anything it’ll be about 30 more minutes”. Enough said. Hope y’all have better experiences than I did.
I have Always enjoyed Panda express, however while the service was great the meat tasted and felt like it was freezer burnt. I hope the quality of the food at this location improves in the near future.
Food was good at lunch time. Love the orange chicken! Good customer service by the cashier. Her name started with an A, I think.
This panda is absolutely horrible. I love the franchise, but this location is the sorriest excuse for a restaurant. They don’t even open on time not even close. They never have certain meats (teriyaki/fresh Beijing) or rice. Food is never fresh. It’s awful
Food is sometimes dry but the made more cream cheese wontons which was amazing
I've eaten at probably 50 of these as I'm on the road a lot. I've never had a bad experience. It's fast food kind of, but you can at least get a real vegetable. I recommend the Beijing beef / Kung Pao chicken combo with super greens.
Not sure if its bad luck or this location. Each time I go to this location there is something different compared to when I order at other locations. The orange chicken might have twice as much red pepper or the chicken that is supposed to be crunchy is still soft breading (this was a limited run item). Food is still hot, and flavorful but just not the same. Friendly staff just seems to be cooked differently.
These guys have not had sweet and sour sauce for weeks and today they told me it was finally back. I got my order to go and looked at the small sauce containers they gave me because they looked different. I asked them why the sauce was purple? She said because its in a black container the red sweet and sour sauce looks purple. I shrugged it off and left. They got me good, once home I realized it was not in fact sweet and sour but some weird purple sauce. Fool me once......
