Only been here a couple of times and food has been hot and good. My only complaint is the attitude of the employee today. I asked for a sample and she seemed like I was asking her a bad question lol like we are two years into the pandemic it isnt a scandal to give people samples. Makeup stores have makeup back on display to try. Then I asked the girl at the front regrister just to be sure bc last time I was there an employee gave me a sample no problem. Bring samples back bc people need to be able to try something so they dont buy something and hate it all together and waste their money. Its sanitary you are wearing gloves, mask, its provided with a toothpick and tossed in the trash.
Food was good. Service was fair. They keep putting the noodles which is a side in the entree section of the plate. And the entree in the tiny little section which is supposed to be for the sides. I must have gotten a pound of noodles and a few pieces of chicken.
This location is hit or miss more frequent than not. Your missing something or no sauce, or food never taste the same. Some times it's good others it's awful. I also HATE they chop up tho chow main. I guess to make it go further Who wants tiny chopped up noodles. Best to find a different location
So I've tried to give them the benefit of doubt but hence to no avail. Explain to me why on multiple occasions I come right at lunch time and you have a 30 min wait on grilled chicken? Obviously it's your best seller....why not cook enough? Then you hand me some alternative that had zero chicken....Kung pao chicken minus the chicken. So for this reason you are fired. I will no longer waste my time and money on such a poorly run franchise. Folks you've been warned.
I eat at this location frequently and the food is always good. This visit, I mentioned to the manager that my wife is going thru chemotherapy and isn’t eating much, but was craving Panda Express. She took care of me and could not have been nicer!
It's good but they leave out the 3rd entree for bigger plates on my order or just mess it up by giving me something wrong too often. Check your bags before you drive away.Update- I want to eat here but won't anymore until yall fix your drive thru.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!If there was no starts options, I’d choose that! Worst drive thru customer service. HORRIBLE food! For a person that doesn’t go often to this restaurant, they don’t provide any information or answer questions. When I got home, the food looked and smelled disgusting. ????
Often closed at odd hours. Huge sign in the window says "dining room open" but doors are locked. Long waits if you decide to sit in your car and eat. Unfriendly staff. GO to another location and enjoy a much better experience.
This is by far the WORST place anyone can go to because of the lackluster Customer service. Every time that I have gone through the drive-thru it seems that if I order something that's less than the price of an entree it's a problem with this "Crew". It's only half of a handful of employees there that seem to barely care about working there and the rest just need to fire themselves. I have tried calling to voice my complaints, however no one EVER answers the phone. Good luck to all of you who choose to eat here, and God be with you if can't afford to spend crazy money here or just decide that the ice here might taste better than the actual slop that they call food.
Food was fresh and delicious, workers were very friendly and efficient!
