I have been going to otters for years! I usually always love it and it’s super fresh. Well today the fries are not the usual and they are not even cooked. My toast is burnt and the chicken is just bleh. The Buffalo dip is really good as usual. Just dissatisfied.
Local small business with great wings, tenders and boneless wings! I especially love the buffalo chicken dip, crazy fries, and the homemade sauces. I always take extra Honey Mustard with me! We have used this company multiple times for boxed lunches and catering options, too. Love their food!
We love going to Otters - we go probably once a week. Recently they changed their spicy sauce to something strange and gross, and just last week they down-graded their fries. At this point it's coming across more like a Zaxby's which isn't a good thing. Hope to see the old spicy sauce or fries back soon!
I wanted to try a new restaurant and came across this place. It started off really good walking in and the order service seemed to be going very well. Until it was time to receive my order. It was very unprofessional and the food was mediocre at best.
I ordered the 10 ct wings. The flavors i ordered was actually good. However, walking in a saw signs that said food was cooked fresh to order. This was definitely not the case. Everything was borderline cold.
Came here to grab a bite for dinner. Once you enter, you place your order at the register. They will give you a number and bring you the food. The staff doesn't seem to be required to wear a mask from what I've seen since front, and kitchen that that is able to be seen we're not wearing any mask. Customers are able to do as they please. The meal comes out on a metal platter.I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with tomato, and lettuce. Very delicious! They have a sauce bar too for you to choose what to get.Sports theme oriented, with support for local high school football teams in their walls. The restroom seemed to be pretty clean during my visit. Pretty cool place overall. Food wise it reminds me of Zaxby's.
Stopped in today for my first experience. No more pricier then Zaxby's. Super fast. I got my meal before I even finished fixing my drink. They have a sauce bar. Crazy hot wasn't crazy hot however. I think the spicy sauce at the sauce bar was warmer. But it was delicious. They had Cajun seasoning for the fries too which was awesome. Will probably try it again soon.
I really enjoyed their chicken! I highly recommend trying it as it does fill up pretty fast but their chicken is worth the visit!
I know service is slow now and I don't mind waiting but this is the 2nd time we've gotten cold food,burnt bread. Otters was great when it opened but the food has gone down hill.At lunch it wasn't that busy,we gave them a second chance won't be a third.
Hot fresh chicken with crispy crinkle fries. Had a Saturday lunch and was served quickly. Also ordered some fried pickles. They had just enough breading.
