Ordered to go. That was easy. Picked it up via curbside. That was easy as well. Birthday kid wanted seafood Alfredo he said "it was really good". I had the grilled salmon and veggies. My little one had the chicken Alfredo. We shared the spinach and artichoke dip. The food is entirely too salty. I don't have high blood pressure but after eating a bit last night I'm concerned that I might. It's been 4 years since I've had food from here. I'll never return.
05 06 22 at 11AM open, the host was rude, the restaurant was freezing cold 68 degrees... the new bread that is served with the spinach dip were hard and stale... the entrees were ready at the same time as the appetizer. The entrees were held in the kitchen while we ate our salad and appetizer... the entree spaghetti and marinara sauce was cold when served. Had to ask for additional sauce.$3.39 for a tea , not refilled till asking at the end of the meal. Off the list, not going back
They Do Not take reservations for a party of 9 from out of town-even though attempts were made to do so in advance, at a guaranteed amount.The service was alright, but not stellar. Food was good, but not exceptional. Way too much dressing on salad. Kept having to ask for service items 2 - 3 times.Manager was very nice, but unable to bend any company policies. What's the sense in having a Manager, then?
Consistent food, ambience & good service. We recently went here. It was very busy with a 30 minute wait at 8:50pm on a Thursday night. The soup was cold but everything else was fresh & tasted great. Plenty parking. I didn’t care for the tablet at the table - do we need another screen in front of us during dinner out?
Always great food and friendly hosts! I love the salad and bread sticks that come with the meal! The tour of Italy is my fav!
I had not visited Olive Garden in over 10 years due to the poor service and experiences at the location in my home city. However this Olive Garden certainly reminded me of how the location in my home city once performed. Our server, Chris was on his A-game and the food was hot and well-prepared. Only down side was as with everything else going up price-wise, Olive Garden is a little over-priced being that it is considered the "fast food" version of italian food. But, I will stick with my score of 4.5 if it could be offered due to a good overall dining experience.
Danny was our server today and went above and beyond to make it a special meal for my daughter’s birthday. He also communicated and checked on us all throughout our visit. He is an exceptional server and could not have improved on one thing. Thank you!
Went during a not busy time at all. We were seated immediately, but unfortunately never served. A couple came after, and sat at the table right next to us and they were served first. We left after 12minutes of waiting, and having to watch everyone be attended.I prefer the Smyrna location.
The food was great as always. Our waitress Lauren made our night special for my girlfriend and her friends. I love Olive Garden and it will be my go to place for fine dining for our night.
I was actually quite surprised at the taste of the food. It was better than what I had experienced years ago. They also had some take home specials that were great to get.
