The lady that was working tonight needs a raise! Best service, freshest ingredients, best chips, and overall best experience I've ever had at a Moes!
They are very stingy with the portion size of food. They don't stuff the burritos, nor give you lots of chips like other Moe's do.
I normally love Moe’s but today I had a frustrating experience with my DoorDash order. I tried to order two simple tacos with adobo chicken but there was not an option on the app to chose that protein. Their store also refuses to take special instructions so I could not substitute or adjust my order whatsoever. I tried calling the establishment several times to let the associates know about my take out order to try to assist, no answer — would ring 3 times and go straight to voicemail. Being 35 weeks pregnant, ordering online helps me out tremendously because I am currently on bed rest. Very dissatisfied with making my mobile order today. Please update your online menu.
I ordered on the Moe’s app as I usually do to save time. I arrived to pick up my order a few minutes early, got in line and when I showed my order confirmation number to the younger kid with the light blonde hair he looked around and couldn’t find it. He told me I could possibly be at the wrong location and said no more. I got the feeling I was being dismissed. So I went to my car, confirmed everything and went back in. Luckily for me I spoke to a wonderful young man named “KJ”. I showed him my order on the App and he was great. I handed him my iPhone and he just made the best burrito ? ever. Polite, attentive and just an all around good employee of Moe’s. Thank you KJ for being awesome.
Steak was great and so was the tea, but that was the only upside. They were extremely stingy on all other ingredients. Little pinches of lettuce, cheese, and cilantro. Other moe’s I have been to will give you handfuls of these. I will not be coming back to this location.
I understand there’s a staffing issue everywhere current but the rudeness and disrespect of the blonde lady on the line today was just complete unacceptable. I did absolutely nothing to her and she gave me the worst attitude of all time. I’m going out of my way to write a review because there should SERIOUSLY be some changes made. I also that person is not a manager because that would look even worse. The other lady with the black braids on the line was nice and sweet. However, there should seriously be disciplinary consequences for the way the blonde worker treats guests. COMPLETELY RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE.
I wish I could leave a 0 star review bc this is the worst service I have ever received. Not even half a scoop of meat and I ask for a little more and it’s “extra”. Gave me a total of 5 chips in my bag for my large bowl of queso and 2 containers of salsa. Confused employees who don’t know what they’re doing at all. Threw my quesadilla in my bag without wrapping it too
Shoutout to the hardworking ladies on the lunch shift today! Obviously short staffed and had a line of about 5 of us and they cranked out my 3 meals in under 5-6 minutes. Very sweet and professional. Keep it up ladies !
Food was ok, employees lackluster.I'm used to high energy, " Welcome to Moe's!!!!".
Had a horrible experience overall, from tasteless food to one of the preparers' hoodie rubbing all over everyone's burritos as he was making them to the tea tasting burned. Got a response from the district manager that offered a weak apology with no attempt to make it right, blamed Covid staffing though it wasn't the lack of people but the people that were there, and then basically said if I don't like it, I should work there. I will never eat at this Moe's or any of them in the area.
