The girl taking orders in the Drive-Thru was absolutely the rudest person I've ever seen... I'm very patient with waiters waitresses fast food people because I know short staffed... she asked for my order three times and when I asked her the third time did she not get it she pretty much screamed at me and told me she had to ask ...then snatched my money out of my hand and screamed out the window when I got my change have a good day and not a nice way.... there's no need for rudeness in this world handle your employees there's plenty of McDonald's to choose from

It took 30 mins to get a pickup order. There was 4 people in the building. Curbside pickup was off and the lobby was closed. Not sure why it took so long to get my order I placed ahead of time before I got there. In addition the oder was cold when I got it and my home is minutes away. This experience was very poor.

Avoid this restaurant if you want your food fast. They refuse to open the lobby like all the other restaurants have now that the pandemic is over. Not only that, they put cones in front of one of the drive thru lines to limit the number of orders that can be placed. Poor staffing is no excuse. There are plenty of fast food restaurants operating efficiently all over the place. It's 3PM, so it's not even a rush time right now. People are pulling out of the drive thru.

I must say. They are really working hard to meet the demands of the public. The stress is high. The cashier still served me with a smile.

We are very close to this McDonald’s and it is a hit or miss in quality of food and service. Yesterday, St. Patrick’s Day 2022, went through the drive-through after ordering online there was a car in front of us and a car in the next row. They both waited for almost 10 minutes to place their order and no one ever came over the speaker box. They both began to ask if anyone was there and there was never an answer. I drove up after the car ahead of me and there was still no Customer service rep on the box. So I drove through and parked the car. I noticed that the car ahead of me had pulled up to the window but was getting no response to anyone from the window. Looked inside and all of the employees were standing in the middle of the dining room so we canceled our app order. Not sure what was happening. But I know that it was frustrating for all of the cars that were in line waiting to place their order. As I was driving off I noticed a family walking back to their car because the dining room was locked. This McDonald’s needs to do better.

I enjoy McDonalds as much as the next person. When going through the drive through today I asked for catsup. One would think that I’d asked for a million dollars or her first born. This lady with the very long braids (in hot pink) needs to check her attitude at the door. I said please and thank you and all the regular niceties. She’s just rude. Great food. Horrible service from this person.

If I could rate this lower than one star I would. Food is always TERRIBLE. Always cold, soggy, stale, hard buns, and rude staff. Really need to make sure the food is being made FRESH. this place makes me so disgusted and mad

You should take lessons from chick filet. Bring the delivery out to the person.. there is no curbside pick up at all.. take it off your website. Why should employees at any McDonald's make 15.00 an hr.. I have yet to walk in any McDonald's anywhere and the staff be professional

Soda machine needs tanks changed. The soft drinks all had nasty taste. ?
