My son came home with this rare quarter pounder. I immediately went back to McDonald’s. I showed it to the manager at the drive through. The first thing she asked is how long ago were you here. He told her about 10-15 minutes. Her response was I didn’t sell a quarter pounder in the last 15 minutes. I said yes you did ask the guy back there who was at the window before. When a customer complains the first thing you should say is “I’m sorry about that.” Don’t try to argue especially when I came with the proof. She tried to give us another burger. No ma’am just give me the refund please. Of course we got a refund.

I had the pleasure of talking to the nicest and most kind employees I have EVER talked to from any of the McDonald's restaraunts. I asked his name just so I can brag on him. Mr. Benard Williams is your most valuable employees at this location. He deserves a promotion for great customer service skills as well as the care he puts into the business he works for.I wish I owned my own business, because I would totally try to hire him on the spot.

Placed a mobile order for an egg McMuffin & some hash browns. Didn’t check until I got home because the receipt said the right thing and of course they gave me the wrong thing. I got a McGriddle instead of a McMuffin. I called the store 5 times and no one answered. Hoping they can refund me or credit my account since by the time I got home breakfast was over.

Managers will lie their way out of having to prepare a large order. On 5/11/21 at 11:45 PM, My friends and I all placed mobile orders and went to pick up. The manager comes out and states “we haven’t payed in full”. I checked my bank statement- exact price taken. They refused to give us our food and forced us to drive off. Never returning to this horrific location. Also I got a raw burger here last year.

Still sitting in the parking lot waiting for my food to come out. I go through the drive thru, order and pay for my food. At the second window they give me my drinks and ask me to pull into the number 1 reserved spot. I wait there for about 2 minutes and a person brings a bag to me. In the bag is only a third of my order. I wait thinking that they are still getting the rest of the order ready. The only time someone comes out is to deliver food to someone else. I ask the next person out about the rest of my food and she asked to see my receipt and the bag. I dhow her both and explain what I was still missing. Then someone comes out with the second third of my order. I asked about the rest and was told to show them by receipt and bag again. Then the manager comes out and I have to explain it to them as well. After going through everything and having to argue with the person that originally brought the first part of the order out, I am still sitting here waiting for the rest of the order.

This is probably the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. After waiting at the drive-thru for about 15 minutes, they told me they wouldn't be serving anyone due to being short staffed. The line was probably 10 cars deep. The reason I'm leaving a review is because this is not the first time it's happened. But, this is the last time I will visit this McDonald's.

Can I give it a zero star!!! I am here every single day for my coffee asked the manager if there was cream inside he said yes and just gave me the coffee finding out the lid was open and the coffee dropped all over me went back the coffee was still Black and he insisted he put cream then I asked him did it evaporate? He said he didn’t know and the kid being open then asks me what should he do!!!!!!!! Do I want to return back here!!!!!! Oh my god look at the rating of this place does McDonald’s even care? Too much Mulla where is the area manager? Doesn’t he/she do anything about this location?

Young and ghetto employees. Went through drive through asked for a mc chicken with Mac sauce. Of course got my mc chicken without Mac sauce so I tell this employee my food is wrong I asked for Mac sauce and he looked at me like I spoke a different language. So I reminded him you all charge 40 cent for Mac sauce I want what I paid for. He of course had an attitude. Took him a while to bring the sandwich and when he did it was a double cheeseburger in a chicken wrapper with my a receipt of a mc chicken add Mac sauce. So I go inside the manger looked like he was 12 with a flamboyant attitude all he can say is ok smacking his lips. Then the drive through young boy had the nerve to say when asked how come they don't check the food before giving it out especially when you get it wrong the first time. He says we don't have to you suppose to check your own food. I will never return to this McDonald's ever again. Fast food industries need to up their customer service instead of upping the price of their food. How you charging more for lower quality, smaller quantity, and a bad experience

I gave this location three chances. Used curb side order every time. First time waited 20 mins for my order, but the person said sorry for the wait, I said no problem, I mean I understand they didn’t purposefully make things slow for me. Went there again, things were at normal speed, happy with that. The third time, waited 20 mins, came out with wrong person’s order, I said that’s not my order, without any apology, the person left. 30 mins later a different person came out with our food, i said thanks, again no apology. I check my order, missing sauce and chicken nuggets, so I had to go back in and ask for them, talked to the same person gave me my food earlier, he was irritated like I had done something wrong!!! My partner said thanks, he didn’t even reply!!!!! What the heck. I know people don’t go to McDonald’s for great services, but am I asking too much here? Even just as a regular human being, when other people shows patience and niceness, be decent please. Never going back to this location

Drive-thru was very slow and workers had very lackadaisical attitude. All 3 I interacted with seemed to hate their job and most definitely did not want to be at work. I sat at window staring at customer's order for about 5 min while the workers stood in a circle watching videos on their phones. When they finished, one employee walked over to the window and when they grabbed the food and handed it to me, they lied and said they had to wait on fresh chicken nuggets (the order didn't have any chicken). I guess they thought I couldn't see them or the order that was already sealed up and ready for delivery... Worst service I've ever received and def longest I've ever sat in drive thru, over 30 min! Never again will I use this location... 100 thumbs down! ?????
