Claims to be the manager of the store. Was simply asking for the correct items we ordered. Kept arguing we got what we paid for when we didn’t. She couldn’t comprehend that. Covers her face with her T-shirt at one point when we were talking; you think we have the “Chinese” virus? A bit racist?? This is not okay.
hate the drive through, half the time you pull up to one side, you get to watch two to three people get served on the other side. the orange juice is watered down, ordered chicken griddles, got chicken biscuits. honestly starting to hate coming here.
This McDonald’s has two lanes. I pulled up and because I didn’t answer in 0.2 seconds of her coming to the intercom, she immediately switched to the other lane and served that customer even though I was there first. I continue to sit there for another five minutes trying to get someone’s attention but no one ever came back to the intercom so I pulled around. I tried to explain to her that I had sat there for five minutes and instead of apologizing she copped an attitude and proceeded to say I must’ve had my window up and continued to argue with me. I know my attitude so I didn’t say another word to her and disengaged from it completely. As I drove off she again yelled something out the window at me. It took everything in me not to stop and back up. I let the manager know he needed to speak with her about her attitude and horrible customer service, he did say he would speak with her, but I don’t think he really cared. This type of behavior is obviously allowed.
The staff was well dressed. The place was clean. The food was fresh... if I ever return to work for McDonald's, this is the location! In the meantime, I will definitely be choosing this location when I want McDonald's.....SN: even the ice cream machine was up and working!!!
If I could give less I would. I have been and am in the industry longer than you. im on your site…. States your open. 24/7. But you say you are only doing door dash.,which I kind of understand. But do not hang up on me and not explain. Your professionalism lacks severely. Congrats I work within a mile of you and will never come again or recommend you. Word of mouth is big. Being disrespectful is another level.
What a horrible place I was at the drive threw like 20 minutes and no one would answer and then drive to the window and the employee had a smile on his face and told me to go round so he could take my order and still he did not take my order. The worst experience.
Had us pull up and wait 7 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers. Normally really good. Basing this review on the last visit.
This is a great location. My business ordered nearly 150 burgers and chicken sandwiches and the order was ready when we arrived to pick it up, boxed so that we could easily pass out the right meal to the right person and the food was hot! We've ordered from other places and returned with cold food. Not here- steam was coming off the food. It was great.
Friendly staff that was fast and efficient. But store needs work,it's falling apart. Front cash registers didn't work neither did the frappe machine. Nor the kiosks
Got there at about 9:25pm, and the drive-through line was long and crawling. After about 15 minutes I make it to order, and order 2 large fries. I come around to the window, pay for my food(didn’t receive a receipt), and am told to pull up to the side to wait for the food. After about 15 minutes of waiting (now 10:03pm), I go back to the order window, and start beeping my horn to get an employee’s attention.Several employees walk past without looking at the window, and I heard a girl laughing in the back, then after about 7 minutes a female employee yells through the window “We’re closed!”. I yell back “I already paid!”, she disappears, and a few seconds later the cashier who took my order peeks around the corner. I see him mouth “oh shit”, he goes in the back, and 3 minutes later comes to the door, hands me a cinnamon roll & a 10 dollar bill, and is like “My fault bro, I forgot. That’s on me, hopefully this makes up for it. Do you want a slushee? The machine is still up.”.Literally the worst service I’ve experienced in my life.
