First time visitor to Mazzys and the service was excellent! My waitress Maisy was very professional and personable! I would highly recommend a visit and if you get Maisy as your server, take note of how pleasant she is.Dr. Spivey
Do not go here if you are in your mid-twenty’s and have an out-of-state license.After ordering a beer, the server took my ID and “scanned” it, and after the ID “did not scan”, the server proceeded to VERY DISRESPECTFULLY repeat to me that she would not give me back my “fake ID”.My drivers license was completely real. All I wanted was dinner and a beer. After I told her that my ID was real and I asked her to scan it again, she raised her voice and again, disrespectfully, said that she would not risk her job by giving me my fake ID back. She then told me to call the police if I really dared to do so. The server and the bartender then proceeded to gossip to the entire restaurant and bar about the situation.The police eventually came and confirmed that my ID was indeed legitimate and they returned my license to me.The manager also arrived later and apologized for the “rudeness”, and she was kind. She offered the first round of drinks on the house, but was somehow shocked when we said we would take our business elsewhere.Overall, the entire experience was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. We waited almost an hour for my license to be returned to me. I understand that they might see a lot of out-of-state fake IDs, but the situation was handled horribly and there is clearly something wrong with their scanner (or the server lied and she never scanned my ID).
Wonderful food! Casual vibe to just chill. Friendly Staff. Decent pool tables and equipment. Prices are about average compared to other options. Best thing in my opinion, is that they are open until 2 am nightly! It's just a Win Win for me! ?
I seriously don't know what happened to this place?? I ordered the ultimate club. It was on regular bread instead of Texas toast as advertised, one slice of ham, scraps of turkey, and bacon that looked like Charcoal! It was THE most pitiful, flat club sandwich I have ever had. My mom ordered a hamburger and received the wrong one. So she had to wait an additional 15 minutes for her order. The waitress was extemely nice and kept apologizing for the problems. We receive the bill and I was pleasantly surprised that she took off the hamburger. I figured it was for the issues we had. I gave the waitress my credit card and when I received the receipt to sign, SURPRISE, the hamburger was on there! Wth? Do I have dumb written on my forehead! Never again, I am done with this place. And I don't want to hear it was because of short of staff because the place was damn near empty! Management needs to wake up because clearly there was a reason the place was so dead on a Sat night.
Love this bar especially the kennesaw location. Drinks are nice and strong and they have specials. Food is pretty good. Open late. Friendly staff. Try the trash can! .
I love Mazzy's wings, they're always served hot and delicious. The service and atmosphere is great for after work or catching a game. Go and enjoy
Love the Wisconsin here. Fun place. They seem to have a high turn over with staff which is a bummer because we go all the time. For once someone remember us please. We love you guys and we bring people here all the time. Darts. Pool Tables. Good bar food. Busy fun environment.
I visited on a Sunday afternoon with my friends. Clean place, lots of tables available. Music playing was great, lots of screens to watch games. Our server was friendly and attentive to us. My favorite new mazzys location.
This is a good place, can get very crowded, go early for a pool table. Traditional bar food nothing crazy special but a nice place to go for all ages.
$3 Mystery Shots and their wings hit the spot when I came in with my friend and her husband on a Saturday evening. Our server had a great bubbly vibe and was always attentive. Will return back again.
