Ive ordered food from other Marcos no prob. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza from this location amd apparently they dont believe pineapples belong on a pizza or are running short on them. I should have gotten my magnifier glass when they opened the box to give it to me to realize they only put one pineapple piece per slice. Ham was lacking too.**Ps. I raised their rating 5/22 because I just order double pineapple. I think they should put reasonable amounts so you dont have to pay extra for something so basic. However they send great deals to my email and have good pizzas. Almost always on time
Ordered 2 pizzas like always and they got it all wrong & late! Called and they refused to make it right! Never Again
I bought a steak sub..to much cheese.. very bland the steak.. no flavor...and there was mor mushrooms than meat!!!! First time....last time!
I'm staying in a hotel for the night for business. I look up Marcos and decided to place an order. I tried on my phone first, but I got a message that it was too late to do an online order. It was approximately 8:30 pm. They advertise that they close at 10 pm. Next I tried to call, but no answer around 8:45 pm. Next I drive over only realizing that I was .2 mile from the place. I go to the front door and the door was locked, but they're advertising that they don't close until 10 pm. Poor, very poor customer service. I will not give this place my business if I'm in this area again!!!
Awesome as always. Just Make sure you get the Large pizza... mediums should only be for personal size not for a family. Lol..
Never received my order and no reciept in any form. When i called they delivered it to the wrong house and said no refund.
My favorite pizza spot ever! Pizza is amazing especially the wings! The workers are are great!!!
So we just ordered from the Marco‘s off of Wade Green. My daughters pizza was fine. It looks like mine was thrown around. They also left off all the sauce, all the toppings were underneath the pizza. Very unhappy customer. I called the person I spoke with on the phone was very nice and said they would give me a credit but because my dinner has been ruined I feel likeA credit to just refund me my money for the room and pizza is not sufficient
I really would like to express my gratitude to this particular location. Found out at the last minute that I needed to get 12 pizza's for work....went online and started the process...this was approx. 10:00 AM. I needed the pizza's around 11:45 for pickup. This store opens at 11:00 AM....not a lot of time to get this order ready! I REALLY did not expect it to be ready, but they were!! WOW! Normally I would not be so impressed, but when I went to pick them up I found out there was only 1 lady working. She had it all ready.....they were amazingly hot and yummy! I can't say enough what an amazing job they did for us, and she was pleasant - which is more than I would have been, being slammed at the last minute! Thank you so much for EVERYTHING!
I love their pizza and their wings!! They can be pricey but have awesome coupons and rewards if you sign up! Do it and enjoy!!
