I love pizza and Roman style. But they still have a long way to go. Got a cheese pizza, asked for extra sauce. Got home and there was barely sauce, glad I had some extra at home. Cheese seemed more salty than usual. Alright pizza, nothing to rave about unfortunately.

I was super excited because of the high rating. But this style of pizza is not my favorite. If you want super crispy THICK garlic bread-style crust with cheese and sauce on it, go for it. They also didn’t even have Parmesan cheese, which I found weird. I wanted a multiple cheese pizza..The staff was trying their best I guess but they totally forgot to cook our parents pizza while me and my partner were already done at the table.

I was impressed with this style pizza! Great menu options with amazing friendly staff. The Bella Ciao did it for me. Highly recommend trying this place.
I ordered the “Senate” Roman style pizza and focaccia. They were both fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Was the pizza authentically Roman? Yes in some ways and no in others. However, as a picky pizza eater, I was incredibly impressed with the sauce and quality of the toppings. This has easily become my new favorite pizza spot.
NEWS ALERT ATLANTIANS!!! Stop telling people about any other pizza place unless it's LEGION! I've been here for over 5 years and have had the most difficulty finding a good pizza place! I'm from Chicago and "I KNOW PIZZA" and haven't had anything as good as the GLADIATOR PIZZA from LEGION!My goodness I almost shed a tear when I took the first bite!The sauce: impeccableThe meat/steak: tender & juicyThe cheese: exceptional- REAL NOT PLASTIC (yall know what I'm talking about)The crust: OUTSTANDING just the right amount of crispy & soft!This was an absolute treat with the best flavor explosion since I've been in Georgia!MY HAT IS OFF TO WHOEVER THE CHEF IS PLEASE DON'T CHANGE A THING!!!!
This place is amazing! Authentic Roman-style gourmet pizzas and Focaccia. The focaccia is fresh and addictive. Crispy outer part surrounding a tender, soft interior filled with amazing little pockets formed from the yeast. Served with rosemary and premium olive oil. The Brute Meat pizza with its addition of candied Cajun bacon will make you wanna slap yer mama… or someone’s momma. Everything is made in house. Don’t forget the cannoli!
Undercooked soggy Senate Pizza ($22) after remaking it twice. Cashier was nice - keep offering me free stuff for all the mess up they did on my pizza toppings.When I was ordering Pizza I see lot of staff issues.Everyone is doing everything when it comes to making order. They may be new but even the Pizza chef was unable to direct staff on how to standardize process instead constantly being confuse on who is working on which ticket.After a 20+ minute wait I was told they messed up on my Pizza twice and now they did not have dough to remake my Pizza. I assumed that besides topping issue my Pizza would be great but what I found when I ate pizza at home is that crust was still doughy underneath and toppings made pizza soggy.Don't get me started how bad and tasteless the cheesy garlic bread was. The oil/butter portion of garlic bread soaked the bread.I think there is plenty of room for improvement starting with:1) base red sauce - feels like out of can and onto pizza. Suggest give some flavors or tangy,sweet taste2) toppings - I get Romanian style but shredded toppings cannot be oil or water soggy it makes the pizza soggy and weird tasting. The enjoyment from cheese is looted bc of soggy texture.3) Learn to do pizza station staff placement so that one person doughs, next sauces, third toppings etc..this wi stop all the crashing into each other. I saw one guy knocked into another where my pizza dough pretty much scrub through the girls hair in the back.
This pizza is so delicious...and the crust is amazing.My family loves this place. Just once was our order a little messed up and the staff was gracious and made things right.Family owned and wonderful.
