They do not even deserve one star the managers are all extremely rude i tried to call to rectify a situation and let them know i received the wrong food and wanted a refund and or just that their employees loose the attitude and make sure they are double checking what they hand out. The manager proceeded to yell at me. so i got angry back he talked over me and didn't help at all HE SHOULD BE REPRIMANDED none of my family will be returning and we loved yalls food. And even though my mom had gotten a SPICY CHICKEN sandwich they do not sell that according to said manager
If you are going to have the lobby locked, then take down the signs directing mobile orders to come inside for pickup.
Pure disgusting nastiness. Ordered 12 pc meal, chicken was way overcooked skin was so brown and hard, it hurt my teeth,, and it was bone dry,no moistness to the meat at all.. It looks like it was 2 day old chicken that they refried a second time, not edible. Biscuits were dry and like rocks, threw it all.out, a waste of money, do not eat here!! You have been given fair warning, eat elsewhere!
First time here, and will not waste my money here ever again. Purchased the 12 pc meal, total cost $34.33. The chicken looked and tasted like it had been refried, like it was at least 2 days old, and bone dry. Disgusting. Biscuits were rock hard, threw them outside for the birds to eat. Coleslaw was the only decent tasting item. The instant potatoes were bland and smelled like plastic. The corn kernels were shriveled up and dry. Not edible, and a huge disappointment. It should have been a clue, it was dinner time, and we were the only customers they had there. It was absolutely wretched. Do not waste your time, they take no pride in their food.
It's always so convenient to swing by KFC and get a family size meal TO GO that feels home-cooked.
If you needed it . This is your sign to not eat here . Matter of fact don’t eat no fast food go home . I literally was starving , Wendy’s next door was closed at 5pm and I never ate here but I was like hey how bad could a chicken sandwich be . Horrible . Chicken probably was sitting for hours and was soggy in the inside . Literally a waste of money .
Terrible service! I’m in the drive thru line the person in front me orders then they turns off the lights and the person on the speaks what do you want, I’m low on chicken and not making more so I’m not sure if I can help you. Since Covid this KFC has become the slowest place ever. It’s never open and if it is they are rude and it’s always a wait for food
Guess which one is the drumstick???This is ridiculous..One is a drumette, one is a leg.Is this inflation or just really tiny chickens? Come on kfc..I always had your back..Not now! Charge more and give me back my full size chickens.Really disappointed!
Occasionally pick up food here on the way to work at their drive thru. Very kind, attentive and proficient. Not many restaurants I frequent remember that I ordered my drinks with no ice, but they always did.
