Do yourself a favor, save your dollars from spending them in this Johhnys pizza hwy41 30152 and go to the Mexican restaurant next door.
I will definitely not be ordering from this location ever again! I received a coupon in the mail for a free pizza so I tried them out. The first time it was okay however the second time I placed an pizza order for delivery and took more than 1 hour and the location is literally 10 minutes away. The pizza was thin as paper and absolutely terrible also tasted like cardboard!
Pizza was superb, right amount of sauce and cheese, pie was cooked just right. Mozzarella sticks were really good, crunchy on the outside, gooey on the inside. Service was excellent!
This place is awful!! They will not answer phone to take orders and will outright refuse to make food for no reason over an hour before closing just because lazy!! And will lie and claim they see out of sausage or some ingredient just because they dont. Want to.
We were practically the only customers in the restaurant. Waitress was adequately or generally attentive and friendly, and the pizza was good. But the service was very slow. Visited the restroom before leaving and it was filthy.
This one is much better than the one near my home. Very attentive server and food was all perfect.
I have eaten here a few times before and I don't remember the pizza being this bad. It doesn't really look like NY style pizza. Crust was thick, undercooked, and doughy. Cheese wasn't fully melted and was super salty.
My son and I look forward to pizza night and when we do pizza night, we do Johnnie's. I got held up playing music for a private party and was heading home later than planned. Hoping to save 15 minutes, I called ahead hoping to place a take out order. No one answered the phone for that 15minutes. When I arrived I was told "we quit answering the phone b/c it was too busy." Great. Is this standard practice here? Saturday 9pm. If it is you might want to reconsider your guidelines or who you put in charge.
Honest mistake, I asked for a Philly style cheesesteak, that’s with the peppers and fried onions, only I wanted to add sauce, this is what I got.Where to start. OK customer service, I called in my order the young lady had a pleasant greeting but it was obvious she was not use to getting custom orders. Warning, “if the menu don’t say it don’t order it.” I have a feeling that I’m the cause of this low rating here’s why. Besides the extremely small dry sandwich and poor communication, I truly believe if I would have just ordered a Johnnys style pizza, the bad review clouds would have lifted and the stars would be in abundance. the food here is not that bad, i ordered the calzone and it was actually pretty good, my server kaitlyn suggested it and she was really sweet, would definitely come again and ask for Kaitlyn as my server!
