Hours are incorrect. Last time I went here, I arrived at 9:30pm and they were already closed. Today I called at 9:50 before driving over there. Someone picked up but put me on hold until passed 10pm. I hung up assuming they were opened because they answered and put me on hold. We arrived at 10:02, door way open, sign was on but they said they close at 10pm now. Jimmy John has been a constant miss. The hours on the door still say “open late” but looks like no one wants to work passed 9:30pm at this location.
Their hours are incorrect. I ordered a sandwich at 10:50 for pick up and drove there to find that they were closed. Smh. Jimmy johns has been a miss the last three times. Ordered and then my order cancelled because they had no drivers at a location downtown then did pick up and my order was completely wrong and now this…. It’s an official you won’t be getting my business.
I haven't been inside a Jimmy John's in a few years but ended up being near one and my kids wanted a sub so we went. I didn't realize they didn't have kid subs so asked for help and was guided to the slim of just meat, cheese & bread. One kid wanted a tomato on it so she proceeds to charge me for so fancy sandwich but their sign said something like veggies free. I couldn't add that to this one but that one or something. It was 1 single slice of tomato and I was making these combo's, so much for their sign saying customer is right. I ordered tomato on mine then gave it to my kid.

Called to discuss an order that was placed at 1pm and delivered at 205. Tuna sandwich was soaked through the paper wrap and bag. Eric proceeded to hang up on me after saying he would remake it but I was informing him that by the time that happened I would be leaving work.
Eric and the entire team at Chastain/Kennesaw Jimmy John's are complete lifesavers! Not only is their food fresh and delicious....but their freaky fast service has saved the day for me twice this week! In addition to this, they are kind, helpful and their restaurant is so clean too! Highly recommend this place!

Took TWO HOURS for a one sandwich delivery on Sunday. When I called to check, was told there was only one driver. That should be noted when ordering online.
2 hours to have 3 soggy sandwiches delivered. I live less than 2 miles away!
Normally great but someone needs to explain how they ran out of REGULAR bread today at lunch and told people there was a 30 minute wait for bread. At a sandwich shop?
