This franchise owner must love losing money. The two pierced faced girls and the lazy blonde manager with glasses don't even acknowledge customers when they come in. Waited 5 minutes with all three of them looking right at me. Whoever the owner is needs to get in there and get these people to work. Im telling all my neighbors to forget this place.
The Italian is my go to. Always great service at this location, getting a combo is getting expensive
I order here weekly and generally have had a good experience with good quality sandwiches. We ordered through the app and requested extra lettuce and tomatoes. As you can see from the photo below, the sandwich barely had any meat much less any vegetables.This must be a recurring issue because I overheard a couple of employees talking about similar complaints during one of my previous visits. They started weighing sandwiches but must have discontinued because clearly this one was full of air!
Bread was hard—not fresh. Skimpy meat servings. Complained but they don’t care. Terrible management. Who’s running this place? Kids? Definitely won’t be back!
Customer service was poor. I ordered through Door Dash. They got the sandwich completely wrong for my entire family. When I went to the store to request a replacement I got terrible customer service. No apology or nothing. Just made the sandwich and that was it. I will NEVER go to the Kennesaw location ever again.
They never get the order right. I'm giving up and wont be back. Take care guys.
1st time to Jersey Mike's. Now I have ate their sandwich but some one brought it to me. I went in and got the regular Philly today. It was amazing, I highly recommend that sandwich. Saw they have Mini sandwiches. I just may have to go again tomorrow and grab 3 of those Phillys. So good,super quick even at 12 noon. In and out. The 3 working were very cool and friendly. Have to say I love this joint.
The worker who made my sandwich was very polite and attentive! He had great customer service and answered all my questions. Made a very delicious sub! His name was Deandre, will be coming back soon. Hopefully he is a shift leader then!
