Normally I have a decent experience. I came in at 10:40AM I didn’t get a greeting. I ordered my food and no one was in the store. I sat outside for a few minutes. I came back in because I seen 5 people come in the store. All of these people get their food, I was the first and only person in and the last and only person to leave. I had to ask for my food, it was already made and sitting for 20 minutes. This wasn’t a great experience.
Loved this Jersey Mike's! Food was delicious and well prepared. The staff was awesome.They were young people still in high school who had been working there for years - the manager was a girl who had been there for 4 years and she was just delightful and friendly. The restaurant was super clean including the restroom.Thank you for having such a clean and well run restaurant.
Unfortunately ordered sandwich for family member ,Town Ctr location but never received. Between Jersey Mike and Uber, neither will take responsibility. Here at Christmas I am out $25. My Jersey Mike in Austell always goes the extra mile - 5 stars to them.
Super disappointed in this store. Ordered a veggie sub for pick up and asked to switch out cheese. Got sub home and all that was on bread was lettuce and onions. No cheese and no green peppers were on sub which are the basic ingredients of a veggie sub on menu. Paid full price for lettuce and onion on bread. Seriously, this is unacceptable to put out an order that's missing it's core ingredients. Obviously there is zero quality control at this location.
Was in the mood for a late night snack. Arrived just after closing and Justin made me a nice turkey sub since nothing hot was available. That hit the spot. Thank you for going above and beyond ? really appreciate the best customer service from a fast food place. Will come back most definitely but well before closing time.
Great sandwiches! Cold cuts are cut while you’re in the store - what you see is what you get. The Philly cheese steak sandwich was very good. Staff was friendly. No doubt about that. I, personally, think the interior could be a little more inviting to linger… there are more comfortable place. But I’d come back for a good sandwich any time.
Finally went in for the 1st time in a while and was so glad to know that an employee named Taylor was working at this location again! She worked here before and is always very nice and keeps everything in the store up to expectations. I will definitely be making this my go-to lunch spot again!
Came to this location and ordered a few subs. The bag ripped as they were handing it off I asked for another bag and the man working at this location said he is to busy to give me another bag. Great customer service.

I went for the birthday deal - don’t get fooled. I got the app three days ago and I went in and they said I didn’t have the points to get my birthday sub. If you’re going to advertise it, then you deliver. Poorly done Jersey Mikes. I want to like you, but looks like firehouse subs will get my business.
