Our location near Cumberland Mall has the small plates where you can get complimentary small sides off the salad bar. Unfortunately, this location (whether it's a corporate decision or a franchisee decision) doesn't have the small plates so you're no longer allowed to get some of the cornbread or gingerbread muffins (which the kids love) without purchasing a full salad bar...I thought The complimentary muffins and bread in addition to the ice cream is one of those things that sets Jason's deli apart from Panera and Newks, reinstitute this policy and I will adjust my review to five stars.
Me and my boyfriend used to love coming here!! Sadly we had a couple of bad experiences and haven't been back in a while. They didn't have a lot of the items we usually like putting in our salads. They didn't have eggs, cauliflower, the pasta salad, or the sunflower seeds. Also, they do not have the corn muffins any more. They only have the lemon poppyseed muffins, which are gross. We used to go there mainly for the muffins! My boyfriend liked to add them to his chicken noodle soup. Also, they have a certain tea that i like to get. A lot of times, ill get the tea and they put it up hours before they even close. It's my favorite drink there and its always disappointing when they put it up too soon even tho there's still plenty left in the dispenser. If they bring the muffins back, we would love to make it a staple in our routine again.
The food was good. Small servings for what you pay. I ordered a normal size serving and got a quarter of a sandwich. Not sure what they did with the rest of it. The soup was good but in a tiny little bowl. They no longer allow you to eat the little muffins unless you buy the salad bar. Only healthy people eat the salad bar so why would they eat muffins anyway? But for some reason the ice cream is available for everybody whether you get a salad bar or hey quarter of a sandwich.
Jason’s Deli is my go-to location for hot sandwiches and a decent salad bar. The Ruben the Great sandwich is my favorite, I usually get it with the manager’s special to enjoy it with a cup of Mac and Cheese. The staff is always prompt and cordial and the facility is clean and welcoming. There is plenty of room for the public and the ambiance is very relaxed.
Consistent, tasty, I can't complain (though my Dad gets upset because the sandwiches don't come with a pickle lol).
SLOW DRIVE THRU, I waited 15 mins plus two days in a row. And I’m not talking times when it was super busy. Like I get to the window, pay for my food, and am then waiting 15 mins. Food quality is good, just don’t have places to be if you plan on going through the drive thru
Jasons deli is by far my favorite place to eat out. In particular, the Kennesaw location is top notch when it comes to customer service. Kudos to Haley who (on March 27, 2022) was extremely courteous, had high regards for my satisfaction, and topped off our interaction with southern hospitality. There is a gentleman (with dark hair and sun-kissed skin) that is often on the window who is always hospitable and courteous as well. The food, 90% of the time, is delicious and on cue. They are a bit expensive but in my opinion worth it.

Ordered a salad from this location, here is what I got instead. Awful ! The manager, who is mentioned on the following reviews is very rude. Avoid this location ! The reviews about Gina are correct.
I like the salad bar at Jason's, that is usually what I have. It has been changed to a one time through salad bar instead of being able to go back multiple times. Sign of the times I guess.
